- Dr. Sally has been a life saver, literally! She’s very patient, listens to all my concerns and has tremendously helped with my Japanese Chins seizures. The office staff is always friendly and never any issues scheduling or getting answers when you have concerns. I would recommend Dr. Sally for all your veterinary needs! April 28 · Melinda Barrett
- Dr Starr is the best Veterinarian I’ve been to in the last 40 years. He’s knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with my pups and I explaining every detail of how the injury affected my 16 year old Morkie dogs body, brain and why he chose the treatment .. His care was lifesaving to my injured senior dog. He connects with my dogs and they feel safe with him and so do I.My dog began walking again 24 hours after an our visit and I was afraid this injury would be his demise I thought he was paralyzed . Dr Starr said he will heal more each day. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Starr choosing the right treatment.Six months ago Dr. Sally’s acupuncture also changed my seniors dogs life after one treatment. He’s 16 and I thought he was spiraling downward with a longtime disc injury. But he’s been a different dog. It’s great State Line AnimalHospital offer traditional and Holistic treatments . I think Eastern and Western Canine Medicine is a good fit. November 05 · Pamela Shults
- I’m leaving this feedback as I look for a new vet to care for our 4 dogs. I like to see what negative reviews a vet has as well as how they handle that feedback. It looks like the owner monitors this page - maybe this will give them some food for thought. On the few negative reviews that were responded to, the owner never seemed to either take responsibility or explain their end. This was especially the case when they responded to several long time customers that were reporting leaving for a different practice. As someone shopping for a new vet, this is a huge red flag to me. When you get negative feedback is there any introspection? Does anything change? Or do you keep making the same mistakes?Mistakes happen, but some of these people reported to have been giving you business for years. A simple “we recognize that we did not act appropriately, but we made that decision for x reason” goes a long way in helping someone understand how you run your business. This is critical when the care of someone’s beloved pets is at stake. June 02 · connor risley
