★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- A few weeks ago we needed emergency vet assistance for our Samoyed who torn the tip of his tail off after getting it stuck in the recliner. We brought him into STATVet where they tended to him very quickly. He required about a 1/2 inch of his tail to be removed. The staff was amazing. He had Dr Toffoli who did a wonderful job repairing his tail and keeping him comfortable during the procedure. She was very thorough with what I needed to do for after care once I got him home. The techs were Alexis and Lexi C. The girls stayed with him during the procedure to monitor him and Lexi C was very good at keeping me updated on how the procedure was going and assured me that he was being well taken care of. They both did an amazing job with him as he was waking up from the anesthesia. They each showed the love they have for their job and their pts. Thank you for treating my baby as if he was your own. I will definitely be recommending this facility to anyone who is needing pet care. August 30 · Lori Kupp
- In the early morning hours, while the world still slept and the dew clung to the grass like a secret, my cat—Mon Petit Monster—was out doing what she does best: patrolling her domain with the grace of a panther and the courage of a lion. She’s a scrappy little thing, equal parts sass and strength, and no trespassing creature goes unnoticed on her watch. On this particular morning, however, she met her match.A serpent, coiled and waiting beneath a pile of leaf litter, struck when she came too close. What followed was an epic battle—one I can only imagine based on the aftermath. Though Monster didn’t lose, she didn’t win either. She came limping home just after sunrise, tail high, eyes wide, and hunger in her meow like nothing unusual had happened—except for that limp and the swelling that had already started to creep up her leg.Cue the panic. My brave little beast needed help, and fast. That’s where STATVet came in. From the moment I arrived, they were calm, professional, and kind—exactly what a crazy cat lady needs. They treated Mon Petit Monster like the warrior queen she is, gently and expertly addressing the snake bite, managing the swelling, and giving her the antivenom and care she needed to heal. They moved quickly but never made us feel rushed. They explained every step of her treatment, offered options, and even managed to coax her into purring—a true testament to how caring everyone there is. The compassion they showed both of us was above and beyond anything I expected. Thanks to STATVet, my little monster is back on her feet (all four of them), and while she’s temporarily grounded from further adventures, I know that when she’s ready, she’ll be out there again—wiser, tougher, and with one more story to tell. And if she ever needs backup again, STATVet is the first call I’ll make. - Dr Decker and Sdiyah were so patient and straight forward when we brought our pup in on a Sunday. Making sure to take the time, and provide the care needed to get her back to healthy again. August 20 · Stephanie Straight
- I would highly recommend the team at StatVet in midtown. We have a young puppy who was suddenly extremely lethargic and unable to walk or keep her head up. We feared for the worst and rushed her to StatVet since it is so close to our house and given that it was after our normal vets working hours. We were seen rather quickly but even while we waited, their staff checked in to make sure she was ok (noting they use a triage system). Once they got us in a room they were able to quickly diagnose the problem, get her fluids and nausea medication and send us home feeling that our girl was going to be okay. Here we are 12 hours later and puppy has rebounded quickly and is at about 90% on an upward recovery trajectory. Thank you Nurse Savannah, Dr. Decker and everyone else who was able to help our gal with such kindness and care. July 16 · Bridget
- I have to take my 5 month old miniature dachshund for an injured paw. They were so great with him. They thought it was fractured, but luckily it wasn’t. The texting is a really cool feature. They took great care of my guy even when he was resisting the sedation for his x-ray. I also love that they personalized his take home bag. Customer care is second to none. They were busy, but they were very communicative about the time and wait. March 02 · Tori Record
