Oct 02, 2024 · Sean RaineyNot sure how this place is still running with the way they handle things over there. Unfortunately I took my Great Dane to get cherry eye surgery and the wrong stitching was used, not only was the stitch too thick for the eye but it was sticking out and poking his cornea causing it to turn blue/foggy. I ended up having to take him to eye care for animals because the Vets at Titan were sure his eye looked fine to them. Luckily the specialist at eye care saved him from losing his eye sight and were shocked at the type of stiches used for that sensitive area.My Great Dane also had a procedure done here at titan called Gastropexy for him NOT to get “bloat” which is something common in large chest breeds where their stomach turns , is very painful, and leads to death. I was scared of him getting bloat so I decided to get the gastropexy surgery which is supposed to attach his stomach preventing it to flip but they did such a horrible job he ended up passing away from bloat very soon after. Place is a hot mess and very careless, please don’t bring your pets here. I miss my Great Dane every single day and feel guilty for trusting these vets.
Jul 02, 2025 · Selena SotoI have taken 4 of my pets for over 13 years to Titan vet. This appointment was very scary because we found a suspicious lump on our sweet girl over the weekend. I called on a Monday morning and was greeted by the sweetest person on the phone who was very accommodating and understanding of the circumstances. Despite the fact that is was a Monday Morning, she got us in right away. The tech and doctor were incredible with Lily making sure she, as well as my husband and I were comfortable for the entire visit. It ended up not being anything serious and we all left very happy. I have had a similar experience at Titan and the outcome was not so good for my beloved pet, and both times (as well as many other visits) we were treated with nothing but kindness. Thank you for always being there for our pet family!!
Apr 25, 2025 · Katelyn PalaskiI informed the vet that my dog has already received both DAPP vaccines. I provided the proper paperwork annotating that. The vet informed me that he never got a second shot and gave him another one. Told me to come back in 3 weeks for another due to the lapse of time. After taking my dog home that day, I went to get the stool sample container they were supposed to put in his bag. It wasn’t there so I had to go back and figured I would look into his paperwork again, thinking I may have been wrong. The paperwork clearly showed he had both distemper shots. I showed the paperwork to the vet and they stated they didn’t see the other paperwork (I gave them both and explained it prior to the shot). They did not offer to refund the $38 shot they mistakenly injected into my dog when it was not needed. The initial exam from the vet was far from thorough. It was his first visit as a puppy and they just basically put him on a scale. I also had an appointment at 9:00am and didn’t get seen until around 9:40am. I believe there are better places to get care for your pet. Just my experience, I’m sure others have had good ones.
