Overall, it was a somewhat great experience. The cats were good, nothing went wrong. 🙏They do a very thorough after care explanation and they even say if you have questions once you take the cats home you can call them. Good luck getting them on the phone.My issue: I felt a little dismissed and rushed when I tried to ask them anything. Both at drop off and if I was lucky to get them on the phone. It didn’t feel like a friendly place for a first time cat owner. It’s very business like / technical. I don’t necessarily think that’s a bad thing as long as they do good with the pets!

All I can say is PLEASE stay away from this place if you have an anxious dog or if they are older. The staff is so incredibly rude, especially Hollie I believe was her name. They are so dismissive and passive aggressive, i literally cried in the waiting room. I went into this so scared because my boy is an anxious guy and i knew this would be hard for him. I got a $1,000 quote from his vet and PL was charging around $300 at the time I believe so I couldn’t beat that price difference. But if I could go back and invest that $700 (I would!!!) for my boy to be taken cared of more gently and at least I know the staff at his vet office is kind, supportive, and patient. My dog was in a cone for 1 whole month and his incision didn’t heal/close for almost 2 months. When I got him back he was so extremely swollen, bruised (very dark purple-red) and still bleeding (they leave an open hole in the scrotum fyi which his vet found odd - it’s too graphic to post on google but trust me you would’ve been terrified), I’m assuming for drainage but it would’ve been nice to know before hand if this was normal since it was so hard to find similar stories online. I was basically in panic mode for the full 2 months. This experience wasn’t only hard for my dog but for me as someone who has anxiety around my dogs health and well being. I have 0 clue what they did to him because he’s never been the same ever since (he absolutely shakes and trembles hard going to the vet NOW/AFTER his surgery but before he loved it and had 0 aggression towards the staff). I will have to live with that regret for the rest of my life. This is basically a chop shop for dogs and cats. If you can avoid it please do. I understand the cheap cost but that speaks for the quality of care as well. This is your baby’s life and health, if possible, invest in a better hospital and team to take care of your loved one.

Feb 05, 2025 · La beba CorreaI just dropped off my cat an hour ago to get spayed and the receptionist was so extremely rude. We knew our carrier was a little smaller than the measurements but our kitten was still super tiny in it and figured it was no issue. We walked in, got no “good morning” or any sort of greeting to us or our cat, she just immediately announced LOUDLY, “That carrier is WAY too small. Who did we send the email to? You? The measurements were listed multiple times. It must be 16-18 inches tall. That one is 12.5. You can either go buy a new one and be back here at ten. Or buy one here for $42.”. We had purchased the one they had for convenience. I went to place my cat in the carrier on a chair for two seconds to give her kisses and say goodbye, and the receptionist immediately goes “Put it on the floor!!”. It was going to take two seconds and I was holding the carrier the entire time. Hopefully they treat the animals better than the people because that was not a pleasant experience at all and I will most likely not be returning here simply because of the way we were treated. I would rather pay a higher price in return for kindness and respect.Update: We just picked our cat up and the manager brought ours out last but not until after she pulled me aside and basically scolded me for leaving a bad review. Told me “it was super busy when you came in and that’s why the receptionist spoke the way she did” and “I really wish you didn’t do that”. First of all, there were two other people in there when we came in and they were already helped. Not to mention I don’t speak to guests that way at my job when it’s busy. Not to mention I am going to make sure people know what type of business this is before coming here expecting one thing and receiving the opposite. She told me how “She really wish I spoke to her (the manager) before leaving the review I did.”. Well speaking to the manager would not have changed how the receptionist spoke to us the second we walked in the doors, our first time visiting this business. And you guys were soooo busy so I am sure I would’ve been turned down when asking for the manager regardless. I also don’t find it appropriate that they left my cat in the back while everyone else left with theirs, so the manager could bash me for leaving an honest review. If you don’t want people leaving honest low reviews, maybe hire a respectful, kind and welcoming team of employees. Not to mention all the other reviews I have seen about the same receptionist.I truly hope they treated our cat the same way as all the others and didn’t treat her differently because I left a review they didn’t like. They did leave a note on the paperwork saying our cat’s eyes would be squinting because lubricant had gotten into them??? Find that interesting considering a few people I have spoke to since leaving have already asked how that could possibly happen. I will not be coming here again and I highly recommend others don’t either if they are looking for respect from the employees.
