Vanguard Veterinary Clinic Reviews
I love this place. Staff and Dr Navarro are amazing. He is so gentle and so good with my 3 cats n my dog. They all love him too even my crazy tabby who freaks out easily, is totally chill in his hands. I do t know how he does it. He is like a pet whisper lol. I went to the one closer to me by 211 and I was so disappointed there. At this location Dr. Navarro always ask and considers the financial option as well, to me- Let’s try this route and if it doesn’t work we can do testing. I love how he treats me and my fur babies.
Mar 10, 2025 · ah haWent to Vanguard mobile clinic today at HEB and had the absolute pleasure of meeting and working with Addison. She was attentive to what my dog needed and even advocated for her space without batting an eyelash in the most professional manner. Give this girl raise!
Jun 25, 2025 · Ari GutierrezWe were greeted as soon as we walked in. The tech that cared for my 2 fur babies was quick to draw blood from my Thor, Bella was a bit challenging, but she was patient and quick. We were in and out. I highly recommend this place for your pets.
Jun 12, 2023 · Mo WashingtonMuch to my surprise, this veterinary practice (at least, for their mobile service) still uses adjuvanted vaccines for cats. Given the systemic inflammatory effects that adjuvanted vaccines can potentially have on cats, it's concerning that a modern veterinary practice would use these outdated/potentially unsafe vaccines on cats. At the very least, this veterinary practice should properly and fully inform every pet owner on the vaccines that they use prior to administering them --- something that was not the case when I visited. I can only imagine how many pet cats whose health may be adversely affected by the assembly-line nature of this service. More upfront transparency would improve their service significantly.
Mar 01, 2025 · Joe GarciaMy family and I have been taking our pets here for years and are always treated so well. I adopted a chug last summer and decided to have him nuetered. Dr. Navarro performed his surgery and explained to me how the procedure would go and answered every question I had. Really put my mind at ease since he’s my first fur baby I’ve taken care of on my own.The techs and front desk staff are also very friendly and informative.
