Angel Of Mercy Animal Critical Care, Inc. Reviews
Great staff and care here. I brought my senior kitty in for a decline in condition and ended up having to cross rainbow bridge the same day. The doctors and tech were very kind and patient, explained every treatment option possible thoroughly then were very supportive when we came to our final decision. We were given plenty of time to think and the process itself went smoothly and calmly. Afterward I was given as much time as I needed to hold my baby completely uninterrupted, it must have been an hour and a half at least. I appreciated it so, so much. Thank you to the staff at Angel of Mercy for your kindness during this hard time. I definitely recommend.
Feb 17, 2025 · Adriana ChavezAngel of Mercy definitely is a name best suited for this place. I came in at my highest of stress so worried for my French bulldog needing a c-section it was her first litter so all I cared for was the safety of my fur baby and the staff were all so kind and made me feel my baby was in good hands. The emergency surgery was also reasonably priced. I worked for a vet clinic for many years and I know how stressful it can be so especially for a critical care hospital dealing with high emotions all day the staff were very impressive with such comforting spirits and the Dr. was very caring and attentive. My baby is home safe being such a good mommy to her two healthy pups all thanks to this wonderful staff.
Mar 28, 2025 · Kathy IbanezI have taken my cat here and my two dogs in emergency situations. 7/6/25 I brought my baby Shih Tzu in because she pulled out stitches from a surgery at another Veterinarian Hospital. The staff was very friendly. They informed me about my pet and what was the best course of action. They fixed her up and took good care of her.
Jul 07, 2025 · Ashley Lamb-MatlockI'm writing this letter with a heavy heart, consumed by disappointment and frustration with Angel of Mercy Critical Care. The office manager, Leslie, seemed more concerned with payment than providing mercy to a life in need. When I brought in a puppy I found, testing positive for Parvo, I was desperate to save its life. Having recently lost two beloved puppies of my own, I knew the agony of watching an innocent life slip away.I poured my last $200 into the visit and Parvo test, hoping against hope that we could save this little one. The clinic's quote for treatment was $700, a sum that felt insurmountable in that moment. I begged them to call in the prescription so I could use a discount card at the pharmacy, but they refused, demanding full payment upfront. When I explained my situation, offering to pay the remaining $45 balance later, Leslie's response was cold and unyielding. She wouldn't budge, prioritizing payment over the puppy's life. In that moment, I felt like the clinic's name was a cruel joke. Angel of Mercy? Where was the mercy? Where was the compassion? As I watched the clock tick away, I couldn't help but wonder if this little puppy's life would be the cost of Leslie's inflexibility. I'm left with a deep sadness, wondering why a clinic would choose a name that seems to mock the very principles of care and compassion that drew them to this profession.I hope that Angel of Mercy Critical Care will take a long, hard look at their priorities and remember the lives they're sworn to protect. Until then, I'll carry the weight of this experience, and the memory of a puppy left to suffer, with a heavy heart.Eric Vestal
May 31, 2025 · Nena VestalYesterday, I had to take one of my dogs to Angel of Mercy who ended up needing emergency surgery. They worked with my budget and went above and beyond to take care of him and ensure he got all the care he needed and more. They were compassionate and caring. After an overnight stay for observation I was able to pick him up this morning and he’s doing well and recovering.
