I called multiple times to let them know I was running behind, but no answer. I understand the need to charge a late fee. That wasn’t the issue.What was unacceptable was the receptionist’s terrible attitude. She made no effort to be professional or courteous, and instead, spoke about me and my situation openly to other clients telling them I was getting charged because I was late. I clearly heard her and the other clients turned to look at my husband and I. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional.To add to the confusion, after the appointment which my dog was not even seen,I received two separate confirmation emails for 7/1/2025 at 11:00 and 11:30, which only made the situation feel even more disorganized. I never rescheduled the appointment for another time and I am now being charger $35.I’ve stayed loyal to this clinic since my dog was a puppy, but after this experience, I’ve lost all trust in how they handle client relationships.

Wanted to bring my dog in for a check up and potentially shots but lady was saying “ could be too soon “ as someone who knows how it goes when getting a new dog it’s important to bring a new puppy in for a check up once you get them , not somewhere I would feel safe to bring my puppy in after such bad customer service.

Mar 30, 2025 · Gerardo PascalPretty good it helps with animals and even does small scale pet grooming stuff like trimming nails or such just don't ask for haircuts or anything the only reason they do this is cuz they are in direct connection with Ellison drive animal hospital which does boarding and other such stuff but apparently it's part of a small scale business chain so At least make sure you're at a place that does this I'm not entirely sure if they do things like this here I just heard that they do from someone with a elderly pug named Betty or something like that who Daisy allowed her to sniff which is nice also the pug doesn't like being sniffed either so it was good they got along old photo from when she was 13 or so years old we don't have her puppy photos since they are on our cricket LG from the year 2007 it was originally created in the year 2003 and transferring data online or through the cables didn't exist back then and micro SD was for handheld gaming consoles and your pager or the predecessor to tablets where you had a Even further miniaturized version of a computer deck so I wasn't able to transfer them over or simply send them to myself through text as the cricket LG existed when texting but not text conversations existed so you couldn't send or receive images or emojis but Daisy is doing fine and good right now
