★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Used to be amazing with Dr. Hall. Dr. Hall is still amazing but VCA is now an unethical money grab. They won't approve prescriptions for pharmacies because they want you to buy from them and only them.If I can't get a prescription filled then what good are you.
August 16 · M DayI brought my dog in, Lady, after a few days of vomiting and diarrhea, and blood in her stool. I was fairly panicked and emotional and the staff listened to my concerns. The staff on 7/29 took wonderful care of her, as well as all the other animals that came in while i was there. I went home while they examined her and the vet called me with and update, as well as gave me a thorough after care plan. If you are having an emergency, I highly recommend bringing you little one to this team of caring staff!
August 01 · TheOneAndOnlyLady SmithOur first experience with Camino Animal Clinic was through the shelter we rescued our Angel from. Dr. Hall was remarkable with my wife and Angel. It was as she was almost connecting with our new family member. I had the chore of bringing the poor guy in for neutering. The staff was fantastic ,listened and understood my concerns. They were prompt with any updates. We live in Simi Valley, but think we have found our pets new doctor. Thank you!
March 27 · Jim HeffingtonBest dang vet in town !!! the staff is extra special they are there with many kind words to help! I recently had my whole gang in for checkups. Hugs and wet kisses from Jazzie Boo and Archie !
July 15 · LisaIf I could give this office a NEGITIVE 100, I WOULD. I took my cat in to see Dr. KELLY, HUGE mistake! I Brought him in for a wellness check up. Dr. Kelly came in and checked him and there were no concerns. she recommended blood work which I did. Then she asked what I was feeding him as he is over weight but has not had any problems. He is 7. She said kibble is the WORST food to give any any cat or dog. She said stop it now and never give him dry food again only wet food. She tried to sell me their prescription food which I did not feel necessary. I have always given all my pets over the years good QUALITY food. Anyway I got new food and within 24 hours he was throwing up. I called her and she said stop the wet food and go buy baby food, sweet potato, turkey and rice. I gave him that and he was eating very little and continued to vomit several times. I called her again and talked to the rude receptionist, who says Dr. Kelly has no time in her schedule to see him. It was only 1 pm !!! By the way his blood work was fine. he was perfectly healthy when I brought him in. I ended up taking him to another vet within an hour and he treated him with anti nausea meds and some hydration . He said to put him back on the food I had been giving him for years. After seeing him and getting my sweet cat home he stopped vomiting. He was still lethargic but is now fine . PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANOTHER VET.
