May 10, 2025 · Pam Van KirkThe staff was so amazing and friendly towards us- it made me and my dog feel so comfortable and safe. It’s a little out of my way to get there (30 minutes) but worth the drive to get to a place that’s amazing and personable with us.
Jun 13, 2025 · Sara SanchezAbsolutely wonderful experience. I couldn't have been any more pleased.Staff is super friendly, comforting and helpful. VCA seemed to really care for our situation unlike all the other vet offices .They took very good care of my dog zero .He had a emergency fractured jaw surgery. The surgery went very well.I highly recommend this vet office with anyone's fur babies .
Aug 24, 2022 · Christina BaerI had my boyfriend take our cat Anubis to the vet due to him doing weird movements with his mouth like something was stuck they told my boyfriend if they looked they’d have to sedate him and just basically sent him on his way with some ear cleaner. This was on may 14, yesterday was may 19 and not even 5 whole days my cat had lost half a pound he was no longer eating or drinking. We made the call to go to another vet and I’m so happy I did he’s now actually getting help 1,000 something dollars later he does have something stuck in his throat. Vca Westerville will never have business from me or anyone I know ever again. I can’t believe they can just ignore an animal that genuinely has something wrong.Update: unfortunately we had to put Anubis down, thanks to medvet in Worthington and cedar hill they helped us get him treatment and understand what was wrong with him. Turns out he had fip. Which is common in young cats his age he would’ve been one at the end of the week. I’m very disappointed in how we were treated when we went back in to talk to them about how we didn’t think our care was appropriate or they didn’t actually do anything. I think it’s wrong for someone to tell me they’re not a medical professional and that they can’t tell me anything but bring up getting his teeth removed for fip when that wasn’t even a possibility. Haven’t heard again since we went in person and probably won’t do thanks for nothing I hope you guys get shut down honestlyAnother update since it’s been two weeks and we still haven’t heard back. I truly hope you guys get shut down you have poor management skills and poor communication. As humans do better. You say you care and love animals do better by them. You knew it wasn’t a mental tic and sent us away so we had to spend almost 2,000 to run more tests to just have to put him down and you can’t even take accountability or even attempt to reimburse us from this appointment where you sent him home with ear cleaner. Never will I support any vca because of you guys now. I knew I shouldn’t have brought him to you.
Jun 03, 2025 · Ashlyn BielecDr Beckett is AMAZING! He is professional, CARES about your FUR BABY and YOU! He is down to earth and does what he can to make sure your little ones are safe, healthy and you are happy with the results of EVERY Visit AND even surgeries! He listens to all of my concerns, paranoia and over exaggerations! He only charges for what WE BOTH agree is necessary! MY HUSBAND AND I LOVE HIM! I started coming to VCA over 3 years ago! I had a few issues with Fairfield VCA but once I found Dr. BECKETT EVERY concern, issues and problems I have had with my 6 little babies have been taken care of!
