★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We have used this vet service multiple times in the past, ( they have always been happy to accepted our money) today, we needed some prescription food for our cat.We have the majority of our vet services done in our previous home town, and have the prescriptions and well care info sent to them to have on hand, in case we would need an emergency service. Not after today!I was told that they would NOT be servicing anyone that did not use THEIR services. I don’t understand the vet biz, I guess, I thought there would be some mutual respect and willingness to assist, especially when they have records on hand of the well visits. It seems to not be the case at this office. I believe attitudes start from the top and filter down through the employees. I have never felt so un- welcomed in a vet office. I am not sure where the visitors that come to this town expect to have emergency vet help and I guess I don’t understand the high stakes involved with “prescription” cat food either.
May 16 · Janaan RobertsI'm highly sensitive to every interaction and this was a 10/10Called them for an appt, couldn't get in till a week but because I said my precious brownie was suffering , they kindly squeezed me in the following morning instead. Everyone was good to me. The Dr. cleaned his ears with ease while her partner held him; the visit concluded that he had a severe infection and his canal was closed from something along the lines of swelling to which he was immediately treated during the visit, and given meds to take home with excellent top tier instructions drawn out for optimal understanding and no mistakes. The vet was professional and patient and efficient. My total for brownie NOT being a patient at that clinic + and being seen ASAP + on site treatment *including necessary Dr. cleaning* and all take home meds for a *severe and prolonged ear infection* came to $307. I am literally elated and grateful. The cost would have been lower had I treated him earlier but because I waited, further damage was caused which led to more medication and an extra step. I'm grateful to the staff.
May 24 · DorindaMy dog was badly bitten possibly by a raccoon. I was able to get in right away. Dr. Molly and staff were extremely kind and professional. I highly recommend and appreciate all what they did for my dog.
