★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I can’t say enough good things about our experience with the veterinary dentistry team!My 10-month old pup needed a tooth extraction, after he fractured it during play - and from start to finish, the entire staff was exceptional!!They kept me informed with multiple updates throughout the day (even sent a picture), which really helped ease my nerves. It was clear my dog was in caring, capable hands the whole time.Everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely compassionate. I’m so grateful for the extraordinary care they provided—we felt supported every step of the way. Highly recommend! Thank you for everything ❤️
July 29 · Iva BeckfordDrs. K & Johnson, along with the entire care team, have taken EXCELLENT care of our 9 year old Lab, who was recently diagnosed with an ultra rare malignant cancer of the soft tissue. The tumor was located on the roof of her mouth and found by our regular vet during her yearly check up. We were referred to Veterinary Dentistry and Oral Surgery of North Texas and could not be happier with how well they have cared for our sweet girl! She’s three days post surgery and doing very well, despite the complexity. The care team communicated with us consistently throughout the process and since the cancer is so rare, they engaged other specialists across the country to ensure the best options were researched …. absolutely AMAZING! They have truly treated us like family and have given our best four legged friend a new lease on life! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Much love & appreciation to the entire care team! ❤️
July 03 · Sandra MillerOur 16-year-old miniature poodle needed extensive dental work and we were referred to Veterinary Dentistry. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Johnson and all her staff. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. After oral surgery and they checked in on us multiple times and sent all the medical notes to my regular vet. I won’t go anywhere else for my fur babies’ dental needs.
June 13 · Pam BakerThey are very nice and caring. JJ had oral cancer and needs a major surgery. Dr. K did a great job and the team went above and beyond for him. The surgery went well, it’s been 3 months, he’s fully recovered and cancer free now. Even though he looks a little funny now and has to relearn everything, but I am glad he’s no longer in pain and gets more time to chase the balls and squirrels. Thank you all!
May 30 · Rong ZDr Cortez and her amazing team managed to remove a root tip left by my primary veterinarian during an extraction 4 days earlier that wasn’t entirely successful. They assessed Toby and immediately took him in for his second extraction attempt and got it out! This was a three-rooted #208 carnassial tooth. Very common tooth that heavy chewers fracture. Seek a specialist like Dr. Cortez!!! Also, NEVER give dogs antlers to chew!
