Veterinary Emergency Group Reviews
I had to bring my large breed dog to the ER in the middle of the night due to a paw injury. The service was impressively quick — we were triaged right away. All the vet techs were incredibly kind and gentle with my pup, which meant a lot during such a stressful moment.Van did an excellent job administering subcutaneous IV fluids and carefully cleaning my dog’s paw. Dr. Kimble was straightforward, efficient, and easy to work with, which helped ease our anxiety even more.As anyone who’s been to an emergency vet knows, these visits can get expensive fast. I really appreciated that the clinic was upfront about costs and provided a clear estimate before moving forward with treatment. They also gave us just enough medication to get through the day until we could follow up with our regular vet — something that helped both financially and logistically. This was a very stressful situation for our family, but knowing we could rely on this ER clinic brought us so much relief. We’re truly grateful for the care, transparency, and compassion they showed.

Jul 26, 2025 · Jennifer WilcoxI called before I came in at 4am. Dr Jemmott & staff were super welcoming and greeted me at the door. We went to an examination table right away and everyone was so gentle & loving with my cat Mira. I appreciate how invested everyone was on helping Mira feel better. I enjoyed being able to be by her side for the entire visit, that was very comforting. At home care instructions were super thorough and I left in less than an hour!
Jul 11, 2025 · Emily MoeDr. Kiefer, Alexis and their team made the worst day of our lives bearable and we will forever be grateful. We took our baby on Sunday and despite their best efforts we had to say goodbye to our boy. We appreciated the fact that we were able to stay with him throughout the whole process and that all of our questions/concerns were always addressed, we felt like they cared and really wanted my chipi to get better, but we also appreciated that they kept things real so we were not blindsided when the worst happened. Upon leaving, Alexis gave us a little bottle with his hair so we didn’t go home empty handed, and today when we picked up his ashes, they included a card signed by all of the staff which really touched our heart, Chipi’s three year vet couldn’t be bothered to say “I’m sorry for your loss”, but these people truly went above and beyond. Thank you again!
Jul 04, 2025 · Oriana EscalonaDr. Imma and Ms. Sarah. I couldn’t have asked for a better duo. Sarah helped us with every little thing we needed, whether it was more blankets, or checking on Wally’s machines to make sure they were all running right, or even just checking on us. Our dog was so graciously cared for and loved on it was amazing. This staff made us feel like we were special, and that we mattered, and our animal was in the actual best place he could’ve been. Our experience at VEG was seriously beyond expectations of what any sort of vet should be, let alone an emergency one. You guys are all amazing. THANK YOU!
