Veterinary Emergency Group Reviews
11/10 – Truly the Best Emergency Vet ClinicI cannot recommend this emergency vet clinic enough. I’ve been here three times now with my energetic (and slightly accident-prone) puppy, and every single experience has been beyond excellent. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, kind, and incredibly compassionate. Every veterinarian and vet tech we’ve encountered has treated us with the utmost respect and empathy. They take the time to explain everything clearly, answer all your questions, and—most importantly—treat your pet like their own. Each visit, they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure my pup felt safe, calm, and cared for, even when he was scared or in pain. You can see and feel how much they genuinely love animals and take pride in their work. The level of professionalism, warmth, and personalized attention here is unmatched.Even though it’s never fun to need an emergency vet, I always feel relieved knowing this clinic is here. They’ve earned my full trust, and I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. If you’re ever in a stressful situation with your pet, this is the place you want by your side.
May 27, 2025 · Cassandra MartinezThis was absolutely the best emergency vet experience I’ve ever had. Honestly, it was one of the best vet experiences I’ve had. Mr. Paws was foaming from his mouth, A LOT, and I rushed him to VEG. They made sure he was all good and made us both feel safe and comfortable.Last July, my partner and I lost our sweet boy, Whiskers. We took him here to be cremated, since it was after hours on a weekend. They treated us wonderfully then and now. Thank you so much for all your help. You guys are truly the best.
Jun 04, 2025 · Caitlin KingDr. Q and the entire team at VEG are beyond superb. In a time of crisis, I couldn’t have asked for better service and support from such a skilled and compassionate group of vets. With every interaction and recommendation, they treated my puppy Goose as their own and did everything possible to make sure it was the most positive experience for myself and my boy. They even set me up in a room with a bed so I never had to leave his side. I cannot recommend them enough for emergency vet care and only wish they did primary too. Thank you VEG team for helping my baby!!
Mar 28, 2025 · Nicole GoldbergThis is (unfortunately) the second time I’ve had to make use of this practice for emergency care for my cats. Each time I’ve been very impressed. The staff is incredibly compassionate to animals and humans alike. I had the pleasure of working with Leah and Dr. Lang, and both were fantastic along with the other staff I interacted with. I care deeply about my cat and felt very anxious about his wellbeing, and the staff was as attentive to me and my concerns as they were to the health of my animal. They took the time to answer every question and reassure every concern. I am so grateful! Thank you!
Apr 27, 2025 · Carly HatchellHands down the best possible outcome out of the worst scenario. My dog Kodak was hit by a car and the staff here was amazing. Literally did everything to help him and us after this traumatic event. They brought us snacks and blankets and made sure we were comfortable while they treated Kodak. If I could rate this place 10000 stars I would. Can’t remember the ladies name who brought us the snacks, but she had glasses and was awesome. Also Ashley was amazing as well and the ER doctor Maxwell!
