There are not enough great things that I can say about VSGNO! Their surgery department was absolutely amazing and provided the best care to my sweet baby while under their care. May 29, 2025 · Jennifer S.My little Dachshund hurt her back, the emergency vet recommended we see a surgeon. Dr John Mauterer told me based on her x-ray she had a good chance of recovery. I thought I’d have to put her to sleep that day but Dr John gave me hope. My dog stood up days after the surgery & walked two weeks later. I’m so very grateful to Dr John & his compassionate staff. It has been six months & my dog runs & does Zoomies ! I highly recommend this clinic.
May 31, 2025 · Shelley ShakespeareI do not have enough good things to say about this clinic, especially Dr. Coutin. She is such a compassionate, intelligent and caring doctor. The vet techs are also incredible, knowledgeable and reassuring. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly also. A great specialty clinic all the way around. My senior dog has a chance to live the rest of his life pain free because of these wonderful people, and I will be forever grateful. They have been available for any questions/concerns that I’ve had throughout his recovery and have completely personalized his care throughout the entire process.
May 30, 2025 · Nadia BreauxSurgery for my little buddy, Rufus, was necessary, but I was really on edge and nervous about itMy local vet referred me to Veterinarian Specialists of Greater New Orleans...Rufus and I went for the consult and I must say..I had a great experience there ...the staff at the front desk were all smiling and friendly.. we met with Dr David Cradic...he explained what was wrong and the planned procedure to repair it...he told of possible problems that couldn't be known until the procedure was underway...And . He told what my options were ...He was extremely patient with my nervous questioning and he explained everything in terms that I could understand.I took Rufus back the next morning to drop him off for the surgery...Dr Cradic called me just as the anesthesia was taking effect to let me know they were starting. He then called me later to let me know that everything had gone smoothly and that Rufus was recovering and that I could pick him up the next morning. When I arrived on Saturday morning to pick him up I was greeted by Noelle...she told me than when she got off the evening before.. she went and spent time with Rufus...I truly appreciate that.Dr Cradic happened to be there and he had nothing but good things to say about my little buddy...and the prognosis looks goodOverall ..I give Veterinarian Specialists of Greater New Orleans a 5 Gold Star rating!Thank you all so much!
