Veterinary Surgical Centers - Rehabilitation Reviews
I thought that everyone at the clinic was very professional and very kind. I was impressed that staff read through my dogs's long medical history. And I appreciated how clear Dr. Weber’s diagnosis and explanation of it were. There is also clearly a commitment to being fear free, which is very important to me because I have such a nervous dog.
Mar 25, 2025 · Katie O'ConnellTook my dog for her appointment this morning and the doors were closed and lights were off... Apparently I was rescheduled for mid-July (so much for trying to stay on a 3 week treatment course). Last email from VSC-R was confirming the appt, never had anything about any changes to the appt. They are going through a reorg, so I recommend you stay away until they sort out the wrinkles... unless you are ok with appointments that may or may not happen.
Jun 27, 2025 · Suzanne SThey are so kind and wonderful here. The front desk staff are always friendly and willing to help. My dog came here after CCL surgery at VSC across the way. It was during COVID in 2021, so I wasn't able to see inside then but my dog healed so nicely and she always came home tired from her rehab sessions. I know she healed as well as she did because of her time here. For the exams for my dogs leg pain or back pain, I've seen Dr. Weber, and she has always taken such great care of my little Coco. She's willing to answer questions I have via email and I have never felt rushed during appointments. Dr. Weber and all the staff are also incredibly careful and kind to my dog every time I'm there, and make sure to provide meds if necessary to make the check up as stress-free as possible. The exam rooms are super wonderful too. The seating is pretty comfy for humans and they have a bed with a blanket on it for the dogs.Highly recommend them!
May 08, 2025 · Yesha SDr. Weber is amazing! She truly seemed to understand the root cause of Allie's discomfort. Over the course of many months, Dr. Weber provided excellent care to Allie. Dr. Weber showed a lot of patience while she administered acupuncture to Allie, who is a scared 80lb big baby. Dr. Weber also provided guidance on other treatment options, like water therapy, chiropractic care, and the use of the Asisi loop. I would highly recommend Dr. Weber. With her help, Allie went from only walking 1.5 miles at a time to 3.5-4 miles pain free!
Dec 29, 2024 · Desiree PittsDr. Bailey, Kaitlin, Jessica, Joia, and Suzanne are amazing. Take such great care of me and my kid. They explain everything they are doing each session, take the time to work with me so I understand what I need to do for my kid. Will answer questions in between appointments. Work with me and my schedule.
