Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
The nurses and doctors and front desk there is super nice! You can tell they truly love and care about my kittens that I brought in, and once when there was an emergency they took her in without hesitation even without an appointment to make sure she was ok. Everyone there at Banfield Vienna helped me so much and hopefully my baby kitten will recover thanks to them.
Apr 30, 2025 · Elif AdamDo not come here. We paid for multiple tests and an annual membership costing around a thousand dollars, but they never followed up on her exam results. They ignored the videos we provided of her issues and failed to address her condition, as if they stopped caring once they got our money. Now, after spending all that, we’re unsure how to proceed with our cat’s problem since they’ll likely just push for more expensive tests. Even after getting the x-rays, they never told us they wouldn’t send it to a specialist unless we paid an extra $150.
Mar 26, 2025 · Sofia AhmedDr. Malone has entirely messed up my dog’s vet schedule and caused me a lot of grief over the last few weeks, in addition to not following proper veterinary care standards. I highly do NOT recommend her. First, Dr. Malone did not perform a heart worm test on my dog despite my indicating that I will need to receive refills of his heart worm preventative. She further approved a six month refill of his preventative despite not performing the test, and then refused to renew the prescription for the next six months because she did not perform the test. Not only was I not informed at the time that she did not perform the test, outside of the required standards, but I now have to take my dog to receive a heart worm test with no warning and six months before his normal annual appointment. She also only listed his Bordetella vaccine as lasting for six months, despite not informing me of this either and despite it being a NEW policy that they are willing to change to a year if asked AT THE TIME but seemingly not after the fact, causing me not to be able to drop off my dog at boarding when I need to because he needs a booster that no one told me about and that’s outside of his regularly scheduled annual visit.

Feb 15, 2024 · Stephen LewisMy experience yesterday was way beyond my expectations. I’ve been waiting for this appointment to ask several questions about how to best care for my puppy and Gene and Dr. Tucker were phenomenal. Not only was were they so patient with me in addressing my concerns , but they also made sure to answer ALL my questions and brought up things that weren’t on my radar. Thank you both for such a pleasant experience
