Wales Veterinary Practice Reviews
My regular vet referred me to Wales this morning, when my dog had to be seen urgently. They were able to get him in within two hours of calling and were flexible enough to squeeze him in. We did not wait. He was x-rayed within 10 minutes and diagnosed with severe bloat. Oliver is incredibly spicy And staff was amazing with him. This was the first time in a vet office that I was offered options and the vet actually recommended the least expensive option, which was surprising. They were able to relieve his bloat under anesthesia without surgical intervention and four hours later and we are home and he is now comfortable and eating. The office was clean, smelled good, And prices are incredibly reasonable. I also overheard the receptionist while we were waiting for Oliver, and she was so kind to everyone on the phone, and eager to help. Very good experience. I I’m considering switching vets after this.
Jun 24, 2025 · Sara SauersWhy did I not know about this place?! I had an emergency with our beloved bunny and called every vet in Erie. And surrounding areas too. Our normal vet was out of town, so Wales squeezed us in and I couldn’t be more relieved. The office is so cozy and comfortable and the staff and the vet doc were incredible. I don’t know what we would have done. ❤️ I highly recommend!!!!

Apr 29, 2025 · szieglerWe came to Wales for the first time when our dog, Charlie, had a change in his behavior and every day life. We hadn’t established a vet because we are new to the area and they got us in the same day. We were told that he had a growth on his spleen and his blood levels were low. We chose a conservative route because of his age. That gave us two more weeks with our puppy, who was 10 years old. Dr Baker and the techs were compassionate and understanding. We always felt comfortable with the entire staff. Losing Charlie was the absolute hardest thing we have gone through, especially our 10 year old son. He called Charlie his brother. To the entire staff, thank you for being there for us all when we needed it the most. You all have a job that I could never do. You all love your job and it shows. Thank you again for the amazing work you do.
Apr 17, 2025 · Jenn KingI am thrilled with the care my dogs received at this lovely facility. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely compassionate. The veterinarian took the time to explain everything and made sure my dogs were comfortable throughout their visit. The follow-up care was outstanding, too. Highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking excellent vet care for their pets.
