My regular vet referred me to Wales this morning, when my dog had to be seen urgently. They were able to get him in within two hours of calling and were flexible enough to squeeze him in. We did not wait. He was x-rayed within 10 minutes and diagnosed with severe bloat. Oliver is incredibly spicy And staff was amazing with him. This was the first time in a vet office that I was offered options and the vet actually recommended the least expensive option, which was surprising. They were able to relieve his bloat under anesthesia without surgical intervention and four hours later and we are home and he is now comfortable and eating. The office was clean, smelled good, And prices are incredibly reasonable. I also overheard the receptionist while we were waiting for Oliver, and she was so kind to everyone on the phone, and eager to help. Very good experience. I I’m considering switching vets after this. - Sara Sauers
