★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve had a few cats that I’ve taken here over the last ten years. One cat, Eleanor had a respiratory infection so bad she was on the verge of not breathing. Western helped her greatly and brought her back to good health. I recently had to bring my cat Marley to them with a uterine infection due to being skipped over by accident on fixing day before I could adopt her. They did such a good job making her as comfortable as she could be for a cat being at the vet. lol they did what they needed to do to bring her up to good health and I’m forever grateful to them because life doesn’t feel right when your animals aren’t feeling right! Every staff member and doctor I’ve dealt with there have all been super friendly and it’s the place I’ll continue to take my animals when they are in need. Thank you so much!
January 28 · Nick TalcottBrought my ferret in for a check up and an update on his shots and they were all super friendly and welcoming staff! They were very accommodating to my little guy and made sure he was okay after he got his distemper shot which I very much appreciated. No wait times, super easy to make an appointment, and pretty affordable for an exotic pet visit! Highly recommend this place
April 04 · Caroline RiveraI am extremely happy to have found y'all. I own (2) dogs ones a pit and my fisty lil girl is a red bully.( Mercy Mae) No vets would see my babies. After have mercy spayed the clinic she went to couldn't handle her so they left a heating pad on her in one spot to long. We had no idea what happened to her. The vet we saw was amazing. We were honest about her being aggressive and he was a blessing. He took his time and was hands on with her. So he's going to be her forever person. Thank y'all so much for showing kindness to us when we needed it most!!!
April 18 · Amy DaileyNice people. Will work you in if an ER during office hours only. Will not call the vet on weekends no matter what. Don’t take care of first time pet owners or end of life care. They also assign you to the wrong veterinarian when there is a problem. Unless they’ve changed, don’t go there with an older dog. There are better more compassionate veterinarians to the owners and pets. Should not have given full vaccines to an older small dog who was clearly having health issues. It’s a problem with many vets. They give the same amount of vaccines to a Yorkie as they give to a Great Dane. Meds are prescribed by weight, but not vaccines. Over vaccination is happening to our pets like they do in people.
June 11 · Donita RhodesWe have a Cane Corso/Presa Canario mixed female who is not friendly with other people or animals, which makes for an extremely stressful experience for all involved! The staff and doctors handle her with amazing confidence and grace while supporting us as well.
