Whetstone Veterinary Hospital Reviews
I liked Dr. Glass the two times we had been to see him, but I can't get through to make an appointment. I have called for weeks, but phone rings busy. If you get to the voicemail, you are informed that they don't listen to or respond to them. I asked reception about it. She said she's the only one there, and we're busy. So how am I supposed to make an appointment? Finally, I went in because I needed meds. I get there, and this sign was on the door. If I can't call and I can't walk into the office, how am I supposed get any services? I really need a place that is accessible. I'm sure they are overwhelmed with patients, and I'm glad for them, but if they keep doing business this way, that won't be the case
May 29, 2025 · HMy family has been going to Dr. Matt for years! I now have a pet of my own! I took him to get an umbilical hernia removed and neutered. I would trust him with any of my pets to come! Thank you!
Feb 15, 2025 · Riley NolanThese guys are by far the best there is!!! I have been taking my little Dexi boy there for a few years. Mostly for routine vet care. Last Saturday my little buddy was in a lot of pain. They made sure to work him in. Unfortunately he had to have immediate surgery. They canceled their plans and took care of my fur baby instead of sending him to Cove or OSU which I greatly appreciated. Took my little guy a few days to recover. In that time they had me come visit him, bring him treats, and they even spoiled him with some McDonalds to try and get him to eat. No other vet office does this. Not to mention it didn't break the bank. Honestly I cannot believe how low to cost was. Top notch care with very reasonable prices. I cannot thank them enough or even begin to express truly how amazing they are!!!
May 02, 2025 · Angela HeckertThank you, Thank you, Thank you....You come across vet after vet after vet when you have animals but, this vet puts these other local vets to shame. If you care for your pets and want the type of care that you would give if you knew how too...then you need to call this vets office..I seen how they work and from here on I'll be using this vet for all my spay and neutering needs. They have a heart❤️Thank you for caring for my Bubba when his original vet wouldn't...
May 22, 2025 · Virginia HesserWe really like Dr. Glass and the staff! They work with us to get our animals into more urgent appointments ASAP. When you’re there, it’s obvious the staff works very hard at an extremely busy practice. I’ve worked with and known a lot of veterinarians over the years and I’m confident Dr. Glass will do everything he can for his clients. Some folks in health, human, & animal services continually sacrifice their own needs for others and these people should be commended! I’m grateful our beloved pets have this wonderful vet clinic to meet their needs.
