White Oak Animal Hospital: Pepper Sandy L DVM Reviews
I wish -I wish this hospital had the antivenom to treat my Yum-Yum. They discovered a bite by a copper head snake.. And her face and neck swelled up, and her throat turned black and swollen. The doctor was good with my dog, and the nurse was too, Chris was loving, kind, and informative. She told me what to expect, and they gave an idea about which treatment to take based on my budget. Also, she showed me pics of what to expect. Chris was great and shaved my Yorkiet to expose how it had turned black. I will have to nurse it later as the wound will become open and raw. It cost $266 for the office visit and $86 for morphine and sub dermal life water.Nurse Assistant, Chris, gave me the tools to feed Yum water, and the doctor explained she could live one week without food.I would give them a high five if they had billing arrangements. But, you have to pay on delivery. Actually, there's an application right there for credit.I'm praying my dog lives through this tragedy.UPDATEMy Yorkie survived thanks to God, Dr. Bell, and Nurse Chris. I've posted before and after (a week) pics.
Jun 13, 2025 · Karen TidI can’t recommend this Vet enough. The patience and willingness to assist us with our Vet reactive Belgian Malinois is such a relief. We had great success today getting all her shots and even a blood draw. Super friendly and understanding staff. I would give more stars but Google limits us to 5.
