★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve been a client since shortly after they opened. I adore the staff and the doctors! My dogs are all so comfortable during visits. Time and again they’ve accommodated me when one of my dogs had a problem or emergency. The care they provide is exemplary. Their pricing is very fair and are privately owned. I so prefer that over corporate hospitals. I won’t go anywhere else!
August 26 · Ruth BThe staff is amazing. They do everything in the room so your pet is with you and less stressed. We've had to put one of our babies down, and the staff was so compassionate it made the process a little easier. We can't say enough about them. Highly recommend!
March 22 · sara neeseThe doctors and staff at Willow tree are absolutely great… super professional, kind, and thorough. Our entire extended family are very pleased with the care our fur kids get at Willow Tree.
June 11 · DaneThis team is amazing! Even when our girl who was not feeling well and eventually passed, they took care of her like a princess. While I could not be there during her final days, the staff took care of her like the princess she was!!! They truly care about all the animals they see!!
April 11 · Jeff MirandaAny other time I would’ve recommended this place since it was decent prices and kind staff. I sent my mom with our pup to get testing done since she was a sick pet for a few days, I had taken her 3 times to this place in the span of 2 months and they took her blood said her keytones were elevated but would regulate with meds which I had done after she was prescribed. The very next day she deteriorated practically over night… she couldn’t even walk. So I set up an emergency visit and they basically told me she wasn’t stable and that the testing done here was not done to the fullest extent. That if it was caught earlier there would be a higher chance of recovery in the ER. They should have taken urine once they saw how crazy her charts were. I printed lab results out to show the vet of the emergency appointment and they just had told me it was unfortunate they didn’t take all of the steps to make sure my pet was okay and at least stable. Willow tree then texted me after we put her down to give “some guidance” for her 2 days after she was diagnosed and her labs were bad and hadn’t really given any information other than the meds would regulate everything . So we unfortunately had to put her down that day.
