★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1A few days after Dr. Yeik met my new puppy, she swallowed something poisonous at about 9 pm one evening. We were astounded when he answered the phone and guided us through the crisis. Based on his advice we did not go to an emergency vet, which would have cost a few thousand dollars. And she was just fine. My prior vet just has a recording telling you to go to the ER vet if you have any problems outside business hours.
August 22 · Kathryn KarcherAbsolutely the best vet around, I found my 4yo boy cat wheezing on the ground and panicked, and called Alder Trails praying they would have availability for him. Despite Dr. Cody intending to leave the office early, he said to come straight there and he will take a look at him. We were there 10 minutes later, and he took AMAZING care of both me and my boy. He was very understanding of my panic and anxiety, was very thorough with explaining everything, and was so patient with my cat. Will continue bringing him here and any future babies as well.
May 30 · Brie MurphyMy husband came back with Tucker after seeing the vet this afternoon and Tucker was so well taken care of! THANK YOU Dr Yeik for your outstanding care of our baby and providing him with his vaccines/paw care! We also appreciate the anxiety chews you gave us to help with our lil guy! You are amazing and we are happy to call you our new vet. Amazing service from the front desk staff as well who were able to get us in same day!
May 14 · Z LMy pup's first time meeting Dr. Yeik's son, Cody. They are awesome here. They always have availability and the staff is always so kind. Both Doctors are knowledge and caring. I've been coming here for 4 years and they have been extremely helpful with any questions I have about my pup. (Zuko)
April 20 · Miriam YbanezI do not like leaving negative reviews and it takes a lot for me to do so. I’m just hoping this helps others to make decisions that benefit their pets and their financial situation. I am new to the area and have 4 dogs, 2 birds, and now a young cat. I am use to veterinary bills but I found the prices here 1. Way over inflated 2. Undisclosed..What I expected to be a $150-200 visit for my aging dogs hip pain, was almost $500. This was for the visit, an injection, and some pain medication. I love my dog and paid the bill. While there I also made an appointment for my new kitten to be vaccinated and neutered. When I got home I realized that I had not been given an estimate. So I reviewed the google reviews and saw that 1 person was charged almost $800 for their spay, which is usually a bit more expensive than a neuter, but still an exorbitant amount of money. I canceled the neuter and went elsewhere and paid $250. Most of us do the best we can for our pets, but not many of us have disposable income. The level of care received here, was not worth the costs charged. There is no disclosure on costs as my previous veterinarians were all pretty up front about. No animal (or human) should go without proper care for anyone’s financial gains. Beware and good luck!
