★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I’m not usually quick to judge something positively or negatively without time vested, but Dr. Moeser and his team are without a doubt an exception to this. I brought my young kitten, Sheeba, in for an initial consult today after she had begun experiencing rather violent and distressing seizures at home amongst many other illnesses and struggles. She had been seen multiple times by other veterinarian offices to combat other issues, but it ultimately came down to needing a neuro referral. I had spent countless hours, dollars, and tears doing everything in my power to nurse her back to health and keep her safe and it was beginning to feel like I was running in circles trying to get answers and solutions without draining my bank account. I was horribly nervous to scout out neuro specialists for her because I didn’t know what the consult would bring and how quickly she could even be seen - I didn’t know if I’d get my solution, nor if it would be affordable. But then I called WVNSC and it felt like everything was starting to fall into place after a month of anxiety and worry. Robin was incredibly helpful and informative with pricing and just generally what to expect during the first visit. She even offered me a next morning appointment but I had to decline due to work conflict. Nonetheless, she was still able to book me the following week right away Monday morning. I was blown AWAY! So fast AND affordable!? Then the actual appointment came and I was still incredibly nervous because I couldn’t predict on whether it would be a $200 visit or a $3,500 visit, but I prepared myself knowing that what needed to be done, needed to be done. I walked in and was quickly greeted by Robin and her bright and helpful personality made me feel at ease and confident in what the next hour or so would bring. She then brought me in to meet with Janie who was just the sweetest ever and took such great care of Sheebs before the doctor could actually see her. She made sure to make the experience light and bright which helped ease a lot of my nerves. Then Dr. Moeser came to see us and he immediately got to business in the most kind and knowledgeable way. He was incredibly empathetic and attuned to Sheeba and he had only just met her. It was evident that he was seeing a much bigger picture and immediately formulated a game plan. It was incredibly impressive. I realize he specializes in this and does it every day, but his confidence made ME feel confident in her recovery! He knew exactly what to do and where to go from here and I left today feeling like a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders, emotionally and financially. I feel ecstatic to get my sweet baby Sheeba back into good health and I can’t thank Dr. Moeser and his team enough. Outstanding pet care. (: August 11 · Kaylie McGonagle
- I’m so grateful to Dr Moeser and all the staff for the kindness and compassion they showed us and our cat, Toby, during a very difficult time. Every staff member treated us with genuine care, making sure Toby was comfortable and we understood his needs. Their empathy and dedication meant so much to us, and I will always remember how they helped us through it all. August 14 · KaTieRexx
- Within a matter of 3 days my dog, Milo, went from happy and 100% normal, to acting a little odd, to being paralyzed from the waist down, unable to walk and urinate on his own. I had taken him to the ER twice, our primary vet, and then finally to Wisconsin Veterinary Neurology & Surgical Center. From the very first call, Robin was incredibly patient and kind over the phone and in person. She consoled me when I was a wreck and I noticed how kindly she treated others as well. Angie took such great care of Milo, listened, broke down in detail the costs so nothing was a surprise, and answered all of my questions. Dr. Moeser was so empathetic and upfront with his thought process and plans to choose from to treat Milo. Dr. Moeser answered late night phone calls and showed me several things to make Milo more comfortable. When we went in for our initial visit we were able to do the MRI and surgery the same day. I'm truly blown away about the team here, I cannot recommend them enough. You can clearly tell they genuinely care for each pet.Milo is already walking on his own again and I'm so incredibly grateful to Dr. Moeser and his staff.I'm attaching a video of Milo when he was still able to waddle around to have something to compare to if your pet is acting similar. He was dragging his feet but still walking earlier that day when we went to his primary vet, the state he was in in the video was just a few hours later. 4 weeks after the surgery he was able to walk fully on his own again. - Dr. Moeser and his team are the most compassionate and caring group of people. When our dog Rudy showed increasingly worrisome signs of IVDD, Dr. Moeser was the only vet in the surrounding area (we are from Madison) who agreed to see him the next day. Not only that, but after evaluating Rudy, he got him into surgery asap.Every single person we interacted with, from Dr. Moeser, to Robin the front desk receptionist, to all of the vet techs, showed us nothing but patience and care. In one of the scariest times in our lives, they brought a sense of assuredness that was very much needed. While I hope you and your furry family member never have a reason to come here, we couldn't recommend this office more to anyone whose pet needs care. - I truly can’t speak more highly of Dr Moeser and his wonderful staff! They were kind and absolutely a true pleasure to work with! Dr Moeser has a keen eye and really tries his all to get to the root of the issue, including identifying other possible areas we need to focus on evaluating even beyond initial concerns. His team kept us fully informed throughout our visit and when our Jin was having his MRI conducted. This gave us a peace of mind and we can’t thank them enough! February 24 · Monique Engemann
