I’ve been bringing my dog to Belly Rubs for 3 years, but after today, I’m really disappointed. Despite horrible weather and a hurricane, they canceled my appointment because I was 20 minutes late — just 5 minutes over their 15-minute grace period. I was already there and explained the situation, but they showed zero understanding or flexibility. After years of loyalty, this is how they treat customers. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Gradually she was able to be muzzle-less as she became comfortable with her care plan.Allie loves her spa days now! She is spoiled and has to have Leah take care of her and give her hugs and cuddles - all part of the care plan when she comes to get a proper bath and nail trimming.We couldn’t go anywhere else to meet our pup's needs.
