I have not been to this store before so I asked for assistance in finding the pumpkin pouches for my dog. The first gentleman pointed me in the directions of another associate. That associate a short haired female was stalking and said oh they're kind of all around the store there might be some right here in pointed to a direction. I went up and down two to three aisles and then went to the section she said there was no pumpkin. I went back to her again and said I'm not seeing it can you show me. She goes well I guess there's some over there by wholehearted next aisle. No customer service at this location.

I paid over $120 for a haircut, bath and shed package. The haircut part, which was discussed to be a light trim, was entirely skipped. I pointed out a haircut was included but wasn't done. The manager said all they could do was spend 5 minutes trimming. I paid and waited several hours for a service partially of which I didn't receive and 5 minutes is gonna fix a dogs entire body not being trimmed? The manager could offer no reasonable remedy such as the haircut being done (that I paid for) or a discount.I Called the number they provided in a review response on yelp, hoping they could address my concern, but instead the number they provided was to the front end of the Glisan store. Same store I had terrible experience. An Associate answered, saying they had no idea why the customer service representative online would have gave this number in response to a review and that it was mistake.

I’m really disappointed with the aquatic pet supply selection here. Every time I ask about when they’ll restock the basics — like test kits, tank lids, or even food — I just get told to “go to the other location.” I shouldn’t have to take a 30-minute bus ride hoping another store might carry what every fish or shrimp owner needs.It’s not just this location either — I’ve been to two different Petcos recently and they’re often out of basic supplies like cat dewormer or aquarium essentials.I’ve had better luck ordering online — which says a lot. I’d love to support a local store, but not if I have to constantly chase down the basics or waste an afternoon.

Saw what I wanted online, said it was in stock. Drove 9 miles, they didn't have it. Said it might be at another store another 10 miles because It also was in stock according to their website. I didn't go. Don't trust their website and order online.

Our senior pup had her first ever visit to a groomer today. I usually take care of her at home but with less walking and more lounging she's been needing a spa day. They did an amazing job getting our girl all spiffed up. She was happy as could be after too. Thanks y'all for taking great care of our fragile babe. Also, everyone who works at the store at this location is always so kind and helpful.
