★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I love this clinic.First of all, I appreciate that it is a cat dedicated space. While I love dogs and all animals, it can be really stressful for a cat to sit in the waiting room next to dogs and I appreciate them not having to go through that.Which leads me to the next thing I love about this place: usually when you arrive, you are escorted into a room with your kitties and they get time to decompress in a quiet space. You don’t hang out in the waiting room for even a minute! But what I love most (aside from the decor, the obvious love for cats, how quickly they answer any calls and emails, the lovely staff at the front desk and the cute cat decor…) is that they truly care for the cats and are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The vet always spends a lot of time with us, explaining everything and going in to detail about why she is doing things. They take the time to listen and will guide you so you can do what’s best for your kitties.Thank you for always taking care of us!💚
March 18 · Jennifer CoxDr. Zaback is amazing! My cat had a wound that she wouldn’t leave alone and was very difficult to treat and heal. I knew the recommendation would be to remove part of her tail, but I just couldn’t have imagined putting my little old lady cat (18yrs old) through that experience unless it was an absolute last resort. She was extremely patient with our situation and really listened. She did everything to save my cat’s tail and it worked! I am so grateful for her compassion and expertise!Highly recommend her and this clinic. I have had nothing, but excellent care for both of my cats at every visit and I have never had a better experience at another veterinary clinic! Thank you so much for your help!
May 08 · Lorin BatesI've been taking my cats to this clinic for 10 years now and Dr. Lester and his staff are all amazing people.Last week, we unfortunately had to have our nearly 19 year old cat put to sleep and our tech, Kelsey, went above and beyond to make us feel as comfortable as possible. She lightened the mood and had great memories of our cat, Pete, that she shared. Everyone there was kind and considerate, and they made an awful situation as smooth as we could have ever wished for.
June 03 · Stephanie PriceWe had our first visit here as a 'why not, it's down the road' back in 2016. After our first visit they became our main vet. Dr Lester takes excellent care of our orange opinionated Lister. Recently our baby kitty, Moses, went in for his physical and Dr. Zaback noticed something that turned out to be cancer at only 6 years old. Our options were presented very clearly to us, and all the costs were up front and balanced. I never felt pressured into any choices, and it was clear the staff would support us. I was able to call and ask questions and the doctors helped me through the decisions. After a few successful weeks of steroid treatment it was clear the time had arrived, and they handled everything with care and love for Moses. I felt supported and while it's never easy losing a fur baby, I never felt like I was alone. Best vet for your kitty ever!
February 28 · Amy RossI didn't want to leave a negative review but I really did not have a great first impression of this place. I loved my previous experience with a cats-only vet clinic and I moved to the area recently, so I wanted to start bringing my cat here for regular care since it's pretty close by.I tried to set up a first-time visit by calling the listed phone number during business hours. I called twice, no one picked up and the call went to voicemail each time. I sent an email to request an appointment and 13 minutes later, still during business hours, I got a reply saying that I need to call to set up the appointment and pay the deposit over the phone. And that first-time visits were booking 6-8 weeks out which I was ok with. I decided to try calling back the next day since no one picked up my calls. I figured I called at a bad time and would have better luck later. The following day, I called again, twice, and no one picked up. I double-checked the number and confirmed that I was calling during business hours. I called two more times again, no pickups again. In total, I called 6 times and not once did someone pick up a call. And yet they were able to quickly reply to my email during business hours, to tell me to call them for scheduling?I decided to call my previous vet clinic which is a little farther away. They picked up right after the first ring, so I scheduled with them instead. I'm disappointed that my first impression of All About Cats is that they were essentially unreachable. I was really hoping to bring my cat here due to the cats-only setup and it's close to where I live, but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.
