I love this clinic.First of all, I appreciate that it is a cat dedicated space. While I love dogs and all animals, it can be really stressful for a cat to sit in the waiting room next to dogs and I appreciate them not having to go through that.Which leads me to the next thing I love about this place: usually when you arrive, you are escorted into a room with your kitties and they get time to decompress in a quiet space. You don’t hang out in the waiting room for even a minute! But what I love most (aside from the decor, the obvious love for cats, how quickly they answer any calls and emails, the lovely staff at the front desk and the cute cat decor…) is that they truly care for the cats and are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The vet always spends a lot of time with us, explaining everything and going in to detail about why she is doing things. They take the time to listen and will guide you so you can do what’s best for your kitties.Thank you for always taking care of us!💚 - Jennifer Cox
