It is important to note that while the facility aims for high-quality care, pet owners should always conduct their own research, including reading multiple customer reviews. Customer experiences can vary, and one review mentions a concerning situation regarding an initial misdiagnosis and subsequent complications, while another highlights great experiences, staff, and the excellent boarding services. Arkansas pet owners are encouraged to discuss their pet's condition thoroughly with the veterinarian and staff to ensure they are fully informed about the diagnosis and proposed treatment plan. Open communication is key to a positive veterinary relationship.
### Contact Information

Having both a primary and an alternative mobile contact number provides additional assurance that clients can reach the practice when needed to discuss a new appointment or an ongoing health concern for their pet. When calling, clients should be prepared to discuss their pet's history and symptoms clearly, especially if calling about a new or worsening condition.
### What is Worth Choosing
Choosing a veterinary facility for your cherished pet in Arkansas comes down to trust, convenience, and the quality of care provided. The All Animal Health Center provides several key reasons why a local pet owner might consider them for their animal care needs. The decision often rests on how well a clinic’s offerings match the specific needs and expectations of the pet owner.
The primary draw is the all-inclusive nature of the facility. The ability to receive a thorough veterinary examination, a diagnosis, and then immediately fill the necessary prescription at the Veterinary pharmacy greatly reduces the logistical stress and time commitment for pet owners. This model is particularly beneficial for animals requiring specialized or compounded medications that might not be stocked at a regular human pharmacy. The integration of an Online Pharmacy further enhances this convenience, allowing for recurring medications and food to be managed from the comfort of an Arkansas home.
Furthermore, the offering of a full suite of services, including advanced services like Surgery and Dentistry, along with preventative care like Regular Check-ups and Flea Treatments, means that pet owners are less likely to need to travel to multiple clinics for different aspects of their pet’s health care. For those who travel or simply need a safe place for their pets during the day, the availability of both Boarding and Drop-Off Service offers important practical solutions that cater to the busy lives of modern pet owners.
The facility’s attention to accessibility, demonstrated by the Wheelchair accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom, shows a welcoming environment for all members of the Arkansas community. However, as with any professional service, it is critical for pet owners to feel a strong sense of trust and effective communication with the veterinary staff. Given the mixed nature of customer experiences often seen in the public domain for any business, prospective and current clients should prioritize having detailed discussions with the staff about their pet’s condition and treatment options. The facility’s commitment to a Compassionate Staff should translate into clear, empathetic, and thorough explanations of all care decisions, ensuring that pet owners feel empowered and informed about the health journey of their animal companion.
Ultimately, this Fort Smith location provides a professionally structured and logistically convenient choice for comprehensive animal health care, offering a centralized resource for both medical and pharmaceutical needs right here in Arkansas.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- My friend took her dog here after she was exhibiting symptoms of severe stomach issues that are not normal or typical for a dog (vomiting, not eating at all, lethargic, drooling profusely). They did blood tests and claimed she was fine and sent her home with no concern to look into clearly serious symptoms further. It wasn’t until a week later the symptoms got worse and they did an ultrasound to discover she had a bowel obstruction. Which is a very time sensitive issue and should be addressed immediately, however her symptoms were ignored and brushed off when it was already too late. The ultrasound should have been done that first time she was brought in but it wasn’t.By this point it was likely she developed an infection as she was vomiting daily and still not eating. When they finally discovered the bowel obstruction, they did invasive surgery. Which cost somewhere around $2,000. They boarded her for a few days for recovery, gave updates that she was “doing fine” and “eating again”. However, as soon as my friend brought the dog home, the symptoms were exactly the same. I do not believe she actually ate all when she was in recovery and blood tests were probably not done either. Her symptoms got worse, she could barely stand, lethargic, still vomiting, drooling profusely, couldn’t eat anything at all. When my friend called the clinic multiple times to tell them the symptoms weren’t improving, they never said to bring her in.A week after her surgery, they finally said to bring her in. But on the way to the clinic, she ultimately collapsed and died of sepsis. It’s just a sad situation all around and I can’t recommend this place. March 20 · S
- I've always had great experiences here with my cats and dog. I regularly use their dog boarding and my dog is always excited to arrive. April 04 · C.C. L.
- Very affordable with good care. They performed a minor surgery, teeth cleaning and two tooth extractions on my basset all at once, she recovered well. They have also always been honest and haven't tried to push any expensive tests, meds,or treatment unless absolutely needed. Everyone has been friendly as well,I hate that there are covid restrictions not allowing pet owners in at this time but its understandable for safety reasons, highly recommended. - They fit him in on a busy day just for my peace of mind. They were concerned with my pups health and After taking him in an making sure he was good. They called me to get him They also asked to call 5 days with an update on him. Very caring and great prices. I am taking all my animals to them from now on. He's doing great now. - I would just like to say that we have been using AAHC for about a year now for our Shih Tzu and have not had one issue. For those complaining about clinic policies? They are up on the wall, behind the receptionists cubicle in large print. Everything explained in plain English. There is no need to try and say, "Oh, they must have just put them up after I complained." Wrong, I read them the first time we took our dog in there, like I said, a =bout a year ago. All of the people at AAHC are profressional and very compassionate with the people and animals that I have seen brought in. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing animal care.Thank you,Randie CoulterFort Smith, AR March 24 · Randie Coulter
