★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I was referred here by another vets office because I needed to get my falconry bird in for the soonest appointment. She was not acting herself and I was very worried. The receptionist was so nice and friendly. He scheduled us right away. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The vet was so gentle with my bird. We will definitely be going back for future issues.
May 13 · Brooke NucciWent in for a wellness exam and some concerns for a box turtle. Received a goodly amount of information and advice as well as reassurance as to his condition. Following the advice for just a single day and our fella has perked considerably! Very good experience.
August 05 · RalphGloriaLaurel WatkinsWent in on a Monday with a cat that was limping. They checked for urethral blockage, but didn't tell us, and didn't tell us to watch for it while he healed up. They didn't seem worried. Less than 48 hours later, my cat was dead on their operating table after trying to fix a urethral blockage that could have been caught had they told us what to watch for earlier. We will never be back, and do not recommend anyone bring their pet here.
July 28 · Chris MounceThe vets at this hospital were unable to recognize osteosarcoma in my dog’s leg. They expressed all they could do was send X-rays off to a specialist, but they argued they’d be surprised if they would find anything they couldn’t see. After a few more weeks of his condition worsening I opted to send the X-rays off anyway. During this time since they saw now fractures all he had was a pain medication prescription. Weeks later the results came back and the specialist suspected osteosarcoma. We set up a date for the amputation of my dog’s front leg, but halfway through the surgery the hospital called me and said it would be unfair to my dog to put him through more. The lingering feeling I’m left with is why did they not suspect it sooner, so that he could’ve had a chance to live. He was not an old dog. After learning the diagnosis and myself comparing my dog’s x-rays to other cases x-rays of the same condition, even my untrained eye recognized the presence of the cancer. It’s been many months, but I still cannot let this go. If your dog is limping and in pain, and the vet cannot find the cause please take them somewhere else. I recommend C4 veterinary clinic. If you suspect your beloved animal to have osteosarcoma, especially in a younger dog, timeliness and urgency are of the upmost importance.
July 23 · Laura JuarezMe and my buddy Harley had our first appt with this clinic this past Monday. I was so stressed because he stresses so bad everytime we see a vet. He has had a few bad experiences. As soon as I stepped in the door they were a very warm and welcoming environment. They gave me a towel to put in with him that had a calming agent on it. That calmed him significantly which calmed me. Lol. Once in the room I got him out and of course he was still scared a little. The vet tech's just loved him and were so sweet to him. That made him feel alot better. Doctor Pritchett was also so sweet and caring with him. He was at ease so fast with them and the way they handled him. He acted right at home and I have never seen my animal that at ease in a vet clinic. They were so gentle and caring. They even opened the door for others to look at him and admire how handsome he was. Lol. They made us feel very special. It was definitely a wonderful experience all the way around. I was fully educated on everything walking out and felt so much better about bringing him to such a great office. We will not go anywhere else after meeting with Pritchett and her staff. I would highly recommend these guys if you are searching for a good caring vet.Need to update this, very long over due. We added a new addition to our family. Little Letty. ❤️ Little letty was a feral that we rescued. During her spay we found out she was born with a deformed kidney. Long story short, we didn’t think it was gonna cause us issues as soon as it did. I almost lost my baby. And if I didn’t have the vet I do I truly believe that I would have because of how rare Lettys case was. But as I was in the room with letty falling apart just knowing I was about to lose her, Mrs. Pritchett walks in and looks at me with so much confidence, and says “Gabby, I got this” She literally saved my baby’s life! Letty still isn’t even a year old yet and has been thru so much to try to live her little life. And thanks to Mrs. Pritchett she gets to do that. There will never be words to explain how grateful I am for this clinic and the doctors. Their compassion for me and my animals. It’s irreplaceable. My animals will never go anywhere else other than Animal Health and hospital. They’re not just a vet clinic, they’re family. And Mrs. Pritchett is our hero! ❤️💯
