★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had nothing but a great experience at Animal hospital. Back in February my cat was having an asthma attack and they were able to take him in at 7:30 am last minute. They were amazing at communicating and making sure to keep me updated on how he was doing. Dr Carrie is so gentle with my cat and making sure he is comfortable at every visit. When I had to bring him in I thought the bill was going to be extremely high due to him being there for 7 hours. I was happy to hear the price as it was a lot cheaper than expected. I 100% would recommend animal hospital to all my friends and family!
May 02 · Bethany ThomaTruly cannot say enough how wonderful this place is. My cat was extremely sick and they got me in right away. We had to come back a second time, and the vet tech was so kind and caring. I felt embarrassed for shedding a couple tears, my cat belonged to my Mom before she passed, so it was a little emotional for me. Huge thank you to both the tech and the Dr who helped my beautiful Genny.
February 07 · S EThis place is amazing! The staff are kind and welcoming. The only reason we aren’t staying is because we’re moving :(Longer version: We had started bringing our cat Olive there when we first moved to Oshkosh in 2023. We found out a couple months in that Olive had diabetes and had to start insulin injections. The vet tech that helped us (sorry I forgot her name!) was super thorough and really made sure I was confident administering the medication. We had to come back multiple times in one week because Olive kept taking her blood sugar monitor off and they were patient with every visit. We unfortunately had to put Olive down in December of 2024 due to a sudden drastic change in her health and we wouldn’t have had anyone else do it. Dr. Becky was the one who helped us through all of it, both the euthanasia and the prior hospitalization. She was so empathetic and gentle and supportive the entire time which made the difficult decision easier for us to make. Olive was my husband and I’s first pet together and it was such a horrible situation that we are so glad we had this amazing staff to help us through it. All of them truly were compassionate and supportive throughout the whole thing.
June 06 · Kristin PopianOn June 17th, my dog Jasper was diagnosed with pneumonia. After multiple visits to the vet and the emergency animal hospital, I was emotionally and financially drained especially when hospitalization was recommended, and I simply couldn’t afford it.I reached out to the Animal Hospital of Oshkosh on June 24th, desperate for help, and they have truly gone above and beyond ever since. The kindness, compassion, and genuine care they’ve shown Jasper and me has been overwhelming in the best way. They continue to support us through Jasper’s recovery, checking in and helping guide his care with empathy and heart. In a time when I felt helpless, they gave me hope. Their team has shown me that there are still good, kind-hearted people in this world. I’m beyond grateful for everything they’ve done and continue to do.Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Animal Hospital of Oshkosh you are a rare and beautiful gem in the veterinary world.
June 27 · Tanya MarieWe had transferred care of our elderly cat to an in-home vet. But when the end came before our appt Sheri & Dr. Carrie valued our 20+ years of patronage &, more importantly, the quality of life of our 16 year old kitty. They were able to help us in a few hours & end our sweet cat's suffering. They've always been compassionate & it's greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them.
