March 04 · Marii Bei posorskeI’d like to sincerely thank all of the Lakeside staff for helping my family and I with our beloved Mica. They’ve always been great to our girl, especially during her last couple weeks. The day of Micas passing all the girls were very sweet and you could tell that everyone really sympathized with us. It was even more heartwarming getting a card in the mail signed by the staff all saying how much they adored our sweet girl. As heartbroken as I still am about losing my Mica, I’m still extremely grateful for Lakeside and everything they did for us.
June 16 · Jordan MuellerI want to thank everyone who took care of my cat Ginger. Their compassion and kindness made a hard decision a little easier to make. They were with her the whole time. THANK YOU
May 31 · Vicki SchmirlerIncredibly rude when I tried to call to make an appointment. Receptionist said they were full and instead of telling me to find another vet they said I had to find something in Menasha, Appleton, or Neenah. She made it sound like I was required to find another vet in these towns rather than someone else local...The tone and delievery was very condescending and seemed like she hated her job. I wouldn't want to go there with that attitude. It seemed a bit overkill for a 30 second conversation.
April 15 · Gretchen LodaAfter going to this practice for almost 25 years, they refused to get our very sick girl in to put to sleep. Their comment was “why don’t you go to your new vet in New London”. Well that Is exactly what we did. We had a wonderful experience at Wolf River Veterinary Clinic. They stayed after hours, were comforting and helped our 14.5 year old morkie pass peacefully. I’ve been making excuses for Lakeside for years because we liked Dr. Todd, but I would not recommend them at all.
