Animal Humane Society Veterinary Center Reviews
Excellent staff, very organized and friendly. They were extremely helpful as I've never been there before, and most importantly, I was able to afford both to have my dog fixed and microchiped, and even got him his rabies shot. Great place and wonderful service.
May 26, 2025 · Mary PenningtonEvery one was very kind and patient. We weren’t rushed at all, the receptionist was very kind and took the time to listen to our needs. The veterinarian also took the time to hear our concern and taking it into consideration, scheduled a longer exam. We are thrilled to meet such a professional staff! Thank you, Humaine Society!!!
Mar 11, 2025 · Memosa JasmineI was a little nervous to drop off Oakley for his neuter appointment. I was worried about how everyone would take care of him. However, in the first few minutes my worries were put to ease. The ladies checking us in and getting him weighed were so sweet and kind to Oakley. We’re currently on post-op day four and Oakley is doing great and healing well! We would definitely go here again!
Jan 25, 2025 · MaKenna SullengerThe receptionists at the desk were sweet and considerate. The vet techs handled my sweet Hazel well and made her feel comfortable. Their suggestions for my daily care were helpful. I had no idea she was due for shots and they were so quick. I appreciated that I wasn’t charged a lot for an appointment where I just needed some questions answered and information confirmed. Cat tax included
Mar 01, 2025 · Essence Boe (reignfrog)I recently visited the Animal Humane Society for my cat’s first appointment and had a wonderful experience, even with a small hiccup in scheduling. I had canceled a later appointment to move to an earlier one, but somewhere along the way, the new appointment didn’t register in their system. When I arrived, it wasn’t showing even with email confirmation but the staff was incredibly kind and quick to reassure me that they could still fit me in without a long wait. They were true to their word as I didn’t wait long at all, and I really appreciated how smoothly they handled it. The technician I worked with was fantastic. Since this was my cat’s first visit, I had a ton of questions, and she took the time to answer every one thoroughly. She gave me great advice on helping my cat lose a bit of weight, walked me through ways to reduce tartar buildup, and provided microchip registration information. What really stood out to me, beyond their professionalism and warmth, was how transparent they were about pricing. The website has pricing for basic services such as a wellness exam or vaccines. No guesswork, no surprise fees just honest, upfront pricing. Honestly, every veterinary clinic should follow their lead. It was refreshing to know exactly what I was paying for before we even began, especially as an anxious first-time cat owner.Even with the scheduling issue, the entire experience was smooth, helpful, and reassuring. I truly felt like both my cat and I were in good hands. Highly recommend the Animal Humane Society not just for their care, but for the way they respect their clients’ time, money, and questions.
