★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We started treating with them for our three German Shepherds and one Blue Healer. Since we have goats we wanted to make sure we found a vet for them too. We love the way they care about all of our pets and treat them like they are their own. They’re patient with our two GSDs who aren’t trusting and they’ve already won over the other GSD. They treat livestock and its easy to bring your animals in. Doc Chandler is the best!! Bailey and all the other girls are so helpful.. They’re flexible and they take Care Credit. Their prices are reasonable for everyone. We have referred our neighbor and she too goes there now. Absolutely recommend Badger Creek to anyone considering them as your vet.
June 04 · Lavon VincentI cannot thank the team enough for the incredible care they gave my cat. They amputated her leg and saved her life with such professionalism, kindness, and compassion. The entire process was handled so gently, and they truly made both her and me feel at ease. I’m beyond grateful for their expertise and the love they showed. I highly recommend them for all your pet's needs – they are truly wonderful!
March 01 · Vanessa hernandez*** Update: Received records, stated they did a fecal sample, they did not. I never provided one. So they lie and pad chart notes as well.*** Update 2 - Several off lab results which were not discussed, most of which are to do with infection AND LOW VALUES ON ELECTROLYTES INDICATING DEHYDRATION. None of which discussed. Also a food recommendation, ALSO NOT DISCUSSED.Stay far, far away from this "vet". He is as lazy as he is a liar.Where to begin. Our journey with Badger Creek was off to a bad start when we walked in and the office smelled strongly of animal urine. Ok, its an animal hospital, things happen. Moving on.The tech was incredible, it is a shame we cant go back because they were great. The problem lies in a DVM who clearly lost interest in his job and is just not interested. We took 3 cats in for check ups and nary an exam was done. I found a lump on my cats side, it is a kitten and very hard to miss. He did not look in their ears, articulate any joints, make suggestions on weight. My one cat had pancreatitis, that he did bloodwork for diagnosis. Said the results should be in in the morning and let us leave with no fluids or medications. The cat should have been kept overnight or given fluids then, but he didn't check her gums or her level of dehydration. He says he did, but my husband and I were both in the room. The next day I waited, and waited and waited for them to call about her results. I finally called at the end of the work day and he said the results weren't there in the morning and he forgot. They were available. "Floki is VERY HIGHLY suffering from pancreatitis but were closing so you can come get meds tomorrow". Left my cat to suffer overnight AGAIN, dehydrated with no fluids. They then proceed to give my husband a 3 man job to hold down a cat and inject fluids into her while squeezing an IV bag instead of doing it themselves. The the point where my husband had to load up a sick cat DAILY and go into the office and ask for help. They did help him. But that was throw in my face as a gift and not as them trying to do the right thing. They don't do the right thing here, that is all I've asked them to do. I even deleted my first review thinking things were improving but this doctor has time to argue on the phone but not enough time to check for results on sick animals, mop the waiting room or do proper exams. When I said id like them to make it right and do proper exams and go back and look at the stuff he didn't see he told me I was trying to blackmail him with a bad review and to go to a clinic who can provide the level of service we are expecting. We only expect SERVICE. ANY SERVICE.Trying to support local does not always pay off. Now I have to go somewhere else mid vaccine cycle and I am still dealing with the aftermath of a sick cat they neglected for days.I was not going to mention the front desk woman who refuses to make eye contact or even say good morning but I am. None of these people want to do this job. Highly recommend going somewhere that cares about an animal who is not a horse I guess? Weʻre new to the area and excited to have a local vet. Not so much. And they are not excited to have new patients.1500 hundred bucks here in 2 days, and for nothing!
June 09 · Tiffany ClydeSadly, my experience with Badger Creek has been very similar to a lot of of the people on their Yelp page. The former owner was wonderful! His team was great and they cared about your animals. The new team is terrible. Their new vet tech is super rude, pushy and has an attitude. Their front desk staff needs a lot of work and their record keeping is questionable at best. They had a woman working there for years who wasn’t even a certified vet tech yet she was doing spays and neuters on animals. I would stay away from this place. There are better vets out there.
January 18 · Genevieve JeromeAmazing Vet hospital that won’t try to unnecessarily up charge you for random add on services. Every time I have taken one of my pets here over the years they have been knowledgeable, compassionate, kind and just all around wonderful.
