★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have been very happy with the care I receive for my dog Pebbles. I feel they treat her very well and provide the care she needs.
April 10 · Tracie WellsDr. Fernandez and her assistant were amazing! I wish I knew the assistants name so I could thank her directly as well. My dog Chico comes in regularly and is always so stressed when coming to the vet. They were very attentive to him and made him feel comfortable. It was the best experience we’ve had bringing him in so far. Thank you girls for giving my dog the best experience possible.
April 10 · Jessika BalsleyI never leave bad reviews but this place is ridiculous. I dropped my cat off at 10AM for a follow up appointment, which should only take an hour AT THE MOST. I waited in my car thinking it wouldn’t be that long since she had an appointment and it was simply a follow up. Two hours pass and I call to see if she’s ready and they tell me she was “still receiving care”. So I leave to get lunch and wait a little longer. It’s then been almost 4 HOURS so I decide that’s long enough and I go to get her anyways. When I arrive and tell them I haven’t gotten a call but want to get her anyway they tell me to wait another 10 minutes and they’ll bring her out. So when they bring her out one of the Vet techs starts updating me on how she is and that she’s fine. I then was like ok so you guys already saw her who knows how long ago and failed to call me to pick her up?! It’s ridiculous even for quick simple things they take over 3 hours every time. And when I ask for an appointment where I can go back with her they’d always tell me “it’s going to take longer than usual so we’d prefer drop off”. This system is ridiculous and a way for them to be LAZY and see the pets when they feel like it and leave them in their cages all day. Don’t waste your money here THEY SUCK!
April 21 · Vanessa SophiaI just received a text that i have to leave a review to spread the love for my pets care team! How should i be spreading the love and i lost my dog within 1 month that i took her there? On may 20th, i took Daisy for her comprehensive test! 1week later everything started to deteriorate! No eating, vomiting and not even drinking water! All what the vets were telling me she is dehydrated but no one even thought to do xrays and ultrasounds when i beg them to do it just to know the reason BeHIND the dehydration… Daisy was an emotional dog for my disabled daughter! You guys dont even know what happened to my daughter since Daisy left us! I cannot spread love to this team when on all of her results, the documents stated ’Congratulations your dogs health appears to be normal’ when it was NOT! She had a big tumor of 10cm from a long time ago obviously and Banfield did not even notice that! The specialist at VCA did an ultra sound NOT banfield
