Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
I’ve been taking my 21 year old cat Squeaker to Banfield for 3 years consistently and they always treated her with kindness. She was never too freaked out to return and came home calmly. They helped her heal completely from an anal gland that had burst and gave me education on how to take care of it on my own. The Banfield pet plan is amazing and for $60 a month it is expensive but worth it. The vets discouraged doing dental cleaning for her age because of her health and I appreciate they weren’t trying to squeeze expensive services out of us. I had to take her this past month because she was aggressively losing weight. The vet was very empathetic and honest. He knew she wasn’t going to make it much longer and instead of pushing more services he just said to cherish her. I appreciate that as we’ve been fighting renal problems for 3 years and dialysis wasn’t in our plan financially or emotionally. The vet techs were always helpful and gentle with my old girl. Squeaker is no longer with us, but I wouldn’t take my other cat anywhere else. Sugar is now on their plan and he will be treated like a king.

May 19, 2025 · Caitlin Ryann LongViola was great in helping arrange a refill of medicine at a Banfield close to home. We do vet appointments at this location because we love Dr. Jarrod Butler but it's pretty far away so it's nice to be able to pick up meds closer to home. Thank you Viola and Dr. Butler for getting my old puppy what he needs to feel better. I know he's a really complicated case and I appreciate you guys not giving up on him! Thank you very much!!!
Mar 09, 2024 · Animal RescueDr. Butler is the best! My German Shepherd dislikes everybody but Dr. B and his excellent staff somehow manage him. They even say he's a good boy even when I know he's trouble. My dog is my family so I appreciate them treating him like he's their family too!
Mar 20, 2024 · Angel of AnimalsI have few words about this visit at South Mountain Banfield. Not impressedBanfield pet hospital pulled 5 teeth and a few days later Bella blue’s right eye had protruded out of its socket from an infected tooth that Banfield didn’t take the extra measure of care to simply send home antibiotics. Then Banfield didn’t have time for her when I called in crisis but they continue to charge us monthly with their plan.
