The new owners of this establishment exhibit unprofessional conduct, lack of trustworthiness, and excessive pricing. Regrettably, as a paying customer, you are subject to hidden fees, which may not be immediately apparent and could result in incorrect charges. The new doctors fall into the same category as Dr. Williams, who provides inaccurate professional advice, and Dr. Bley will cover for Dr. Williams.I brought my kitten, whom I rescued from the streets, to the clinic., I had hoped to receive proper care. Unfortunately, my new kitten had ringworm, a condition I had never encountered before. Dr. Williams asserted that my dog would not contract this illness. However, my dog did indeed contract ringworm.I demanded that the clinic assume the financial responsibility for the incorrect professional advice provided.Dr. Williams denied making such a statement, and Dr. Bley repeatedly evaded accountability by claiming that she had not witnessed a dog in the clinic contract ringworm from a cat in over 10 years.I attempted to resolve this issue through the chain of command, contacting the office manager and then the regional manager, but my efforts were futile. It appears that the clinic is indifferent to the well-being of its animals and customers. They simply dismiss your concerns by asking, “Where do you want us to send your animal records?” They lack empathy, compassion and genuine care for your pet. I hope this helps someone out there not experience this tragedy.

I had been going to this vet for over 10 years. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this veterinary clinic. From the start, we were given incorrect information about our pet’s condition, which led to confusion and unnecessary stress. When we were finally prescribed medication, we didn’t even receive the correct amount, and had to follow up ourselves to get what we needed — something that should have been double-checked by the clinic.The list of issues goes on and on.When we tried to clarify the situation, the staff was surprisingly rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or offer any kind of apology. That level of unprofessionalism and lack of compassion was really upsetting, especially when dealing with a sick pet.I would not recommend this vet to anyone who values accurate information, respectful communication, and proper care.

Dr Bley and her tech were great! I needed a simple exam for Rx food and she took the time to do a head to tail exam and answered all my questions. I will bring my other dogs here when they need it. 10/10 would recommend this clinic and Dr.
