★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1One of the best places in El Paso to take your beloved furry pet(s). They always take real good care of our pets & very professional & caring staff, from the front desk to the back area with awesome vet doctors. They really treat your pet as if it's theirs & the pets feel very comfortable as well as loved.
May 22 · Beatrice PerezIf you are a younger woman don't go here please. Saddly the staff used to be amazing but on a recent visit my daughter felt extremelty uncomfotable and harrassed by the inappropriate behavior displisplayed by one of the Vet's assistants, (Dave or David some basic name like that). My daughter nor myself will be returning to this clinic. How are we supposed to trust your medical "professionals" to take care of our animals if we can't even trust that we won't be sexually harassed. As long as he works there don't expect my family's business.
July 06 · Veronica HerreraWe are planning to sue Banfield for the death of our dog, Belle. We had been going to Banfield Pet Hospital for years and had pet insurance with them. When Belle needed care the most, they refused to help. They told us no doctor was available at that location. We rushed to the Westside location, but they also refused to treat her.Belle passed away shortly after. Please don’t take your pet there if you love them.My family is heartbroken and in pain.
July 31 · kareen mesidorI pay every month for insurance and take my dog regularly. When she became lethargic and not wanting to eat or walk they just gave her líbrela and said it’s probably her old age and arthritis (no blood work was drawn even though she is due). After realizing she was not getting better (2 days) I asked for Banfield to see her in which they stated they couldn’t because their system is down but to take her to an urgent care. The urgent care immediately noticed pale gums and after an ultrasound and X-rays she had a huge mass on her spleen that had left her extremely anemic and required her to receive two blood transfusions and a surgery. Numerous tumors had also grown on her liver. Incredibly disappointed in my dog’s care.
October 19 · Rosalyn colonRudest receptionist. My dog was in a critical state and I was on the way to the emergency vet when I noticed they were in route. I called and she said she needed to talk to the doctor and wanted to call me back. I stated that I needed an answer now and I was willing to hold for a little and where I was going and she said to go ahead and go somewhere else. And then hung up. HORRIBLE PERSON.
