Jun 25, 2025 · Mark MarkThank you McClintock Tempe team for taking care my 4 babies. You're all amazing, caring and loving people to all our 4 legged babies.
Jul 02, 2025 · Vangeline LeskoskyBanfield on McClintock has been a great experience for me. The 4 ☆ stars goes go to all the staff. Thank you so much for your help, kindness, and patience.I am not a fan of how their plan works. Yet again, it's hard to find inexpensive care for your fur baby.
Oct 10, 2024 · Idaliza SosaDo not come here unless you’re flushed with cash and don’t mind being lied to for the sake of the Dr.s upselling you on potentially harmful services your pets may not need.I brought my perfectly healthy 15 year old dog here for his annual exam only to be told that he needed a $500 chest x-ray because his lung or trachea might be collapsing. I would do anything for my dog, but there was nothing wrong with him when I dropped him off and there’s nothing wrong with him now a week later. The Dr. used my love for my dog to try and make an extra $500 off of me with no proof that either his trachea or lung may be collapsed. And when I said I’d rather take him home and observe him before having him go under for a chest x-ray because he had a really scary reaction last time this vet gave him anesthesia, the Dr gave me attitude and after being told I could pick him up at 5pm that day I was told that if I wasn’t going to do the chest x-ray I should come get him now (at 10am)When I went to pick him up at 10:15am everyone in the office ignored me, and I wasn’t even sure if he had received the vaccines he was supposed to receive that morning. I had to call another banfield to check his records to find out the services that were performed that morning.these people do not care about your pets, they care about their bottom line and that is all. This location should be embarrassed for their lack of empathy for the animals they treat that can’t speak up for themselves.Do not come here!!
Mar 02, 2025 · Paige YeatonAlthough the staff is full of kind people, there is something going on behind the scenes that needs to be addressed. There seems to be a lack of organization and proper management. I have made note of the following:1) My pet is typically not seen until at least 30 mins to an hour AFTER our scheduled appointment time. 2) Their exam rooms have NO sound proofing and I have heard what I would assume is a Vet speaking poorly to her subordinate. She was rude, condescending, and very unprofessional. If this is how she treats her staff, how does she treat our animals? 3) It is nearly impossible to reach staff at this location. I have called at various times of the day and different days throughout the week. 4) It is very apparent that the Vet and Vet Tech DO NOT review the pet's medical records and pet history. I had ER records faxed a week prior to our appointment and the Vet knew nothing of my pets background and only reviewed the records when I pushed her to since I was not familiar with medical jargon. I continue to have this experience during follow up appointments when connecting with Vet Techs or Nurses. Why does no one know anything? Why are the records only reviewed during the appointment when pushed? From an outsider looking in, it seems like this location needs better management, more staff members, and needs to offer fewer appointment slots per day. I should not expect for our appointment to have a late start, hear inappropriate comments while waiting in the exam room, and expect my vet tech or nurse to know absolutely nothing about my pet (especially when we visit once a month due to chronic medical conditions.).
