★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1A couple days ago, my dog woke up not acting like herself. I called two vets before calling this one. We had never been here before so I wasn’t expecting to be seen the same day. To my surprise, they were able to see her that afternoon. I immediately loved that there was plenty of space inside and no weird smell. lol we were seen by the doctor quickly. I’ve always had to wait a while at others vets offices. The vet was very thorough, kind and knowledgeable. After the visit, I had decided that would be our new vet. Later that evening, the nurse called to check on my dog. I have NEVER had a vet’s office do that. 10/10 ❤️
August 21 · Jennifer BrumbelowWe took our Corgi Pup in to be seen about Pectus Excavatum to get another opinion. Dr. Grey was very knowledgeable and informative. The whole staff was very friendly and sweet. Thank y’all so much!
March 26 · Ravyn IngramUnfortunately, they only care about money. My dog has allergies, we paid $320 and got a steroid shot because of her paw itchy to the point of causing a bump. I like the younger guy and usually ask for him, but got someone else. The guy number on missed the rabies shot and it went everywhere. I’m pregnant so it’s a little worrisome that a rabies prevention shot got on my clothes and covered the assistant. I’ve also asked to see the same person and always gets someone different. After getting a steroid shot for her itchy paw, he told me to call if it didn’t heal and he’d take care of it. Two weeks later and she’s back to licking. She peed every day every 2 hours for a week and suffered for nothing. Then after calling for 3 days and following up to ask for a refund or solution, they leave a voicemail essentially pushing me to come back and pay more for additional services. I should note that if you miss a payment or have any delays in payment, they will follow up multiple times but not when it comes to actual pet care. Other than to sell me more on “additional treatments” not that they schedule the follow up and make sure was good. They cancelled it because I asked for a refund and said it there wasn’t a solution that we’d fine someone else. No effort at all to resolve the issue on their dime and take care of my dog after paying for a service that ineffective. Also, they raised the price of the flea and tick meds…again. Overpriced, sterile feeling, they don’t seem to care about the animals and they only want to pressure you to pay for things you don’t need. This is also the same guy I had a 10 minute conversation with about non anesthetic teeth cleaning…of course he left out that it can cost thousands to put a dog under and it’s dangerous in my opinion. I was for it and we didn’t go for her teeth to begin with! We won’t be back. They just want to push you to pay more more more for things you don’t actually need and they aren’t true to their word. Disappointing. Additional family members have experienced the same thing. It’s a bait and switch…”buy this, well say it will improve things and then when it doesn’t we’ll upsell you on additional services”.
August 05 · Ariana KoenigsmannJust got back from them about 20 minutes ago as a panicked pet parent who saw mouth masses in our cat boy and a little wheezing recently and the vet handled my worries so well. Explained what he was diagnosing, why, showed off what was going on, explained what it meant, and my favorite part?Explained symptoms to look for for signs of anything worsening or needing more active treatment. I went home more confident about what to monitor after the panic ended up just being blisters from friction in his own teeth! They also quoted me over the phone higher than what the vet ended up recommending, meaning I was over-prepared and then very pleased the vet narrowed it down to only what he found necessary. Thank you for respecting both my parent nerves and our resources!
March 31 · Ali BellThey talk to you like a person, and treat your pet like their own. This has been our family vet for about 10 years and no matter who you deal with, you’re going to get the best treatment they can offer. I would never go somewhere else.
