Bond Vet - Bethesda

7025 Arlington Rd, Bethesda, MD 20814, USA

4.0
I switched to Bond Vet because my current vet had too many patients. Bond Vet looks inviting and has an easy-to-use portal. That is where the easy and nice parts end. They will charge you hundreds of dollars to refill medication that your pet has been on long-term. They will try to run additional tests you don't want and use scare tactics to try to get you to comply. One vet there said they didn't like my dog's martingale-style collar and rudely judged me for it even though I told her my dog was professionally trained and pulls so hard (beagle nose) that he could injure his walker if he did not wear it. The office looks pretty, but it is a headache, and sadly, Bond Vet is snapping up small business vets to create their empire. They won't even refill a monthly heart guard prescription without trying to get you to spend hundreds of dollars on tests. Also, their same-day appointment promise is a lie if you have an emergency/sick pet. Again, this is another thing that sounds so good, but, unfortunately, it is a lie. Please save yourself the trouble and, more importantly, your pet's health. Choose an independent, honest vet. Bond Vet is the polar opposite of honesty and cares only about your money. I was fooled too at first. - Stephanie Lieberman
