★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Can’t express how grateful I am for the extremely kind, patient, and professional care my cat got here today. After going to two places earlier and unable to get my cat checked (cat too anxious to handle, too many people waiting etc.), this is the only place that has availability and saw him right away! I was stressed but the doctor was amazingly kind and explained everything to me clearly. (Overall a very calm energy!) The price is very fair too, not more than my regular vet. I highly recommend them for any time sensitive issue with your pet!!
March 22 · Jasmine Zhou0/10 would NOT recommend. A must read!!This was the first vet I took my baby kitty to, arranged by a family member who gave him to us. He just needed a routine checkup and his first round of vaccines. Things were great coming in, the desk girl was very nice as well as the tech who greeted us later. However, on first glance coming in I noticed the lack of exam rooms (I worked at a Banfield a few years prior to this so this was just noticeable to me… and odd. What’s a clinic without an exam room??). She asked to take him to the back for his shots and didn’t offer for me to come, which I also found.. strange. He was a literal baby, I felt it would make sense the person he’s adapted to stay with him most of his visit, especially for just a shot. Anyways, she takes him back, still very nice nonetheless. A few moments later, we hear a blood-curdling scream from our cat, something that immediately made my stomach turn and a sound I still haven’t heard him make again to this day. She comes out with him, and proceeds to tell me he was “very naughty”, wagged her finger in front of him, and kept going on about how bad of a cat he was. Mind you he’s probably 5 months old at this point. So I’m sorry what?! He’s like an infant 😭 her tone was just not appropriate and I didn’t like how she was making it seem like he needed better discipline or something. And another point— i’ve now taken him to two other vets (one closed down as soon as I got him started there), and his reviews? They love him. All the doctors and nurses LOVE my baby. One day took him in for a nail trim, I was even nervous cus he gives ME a hard time with that, and she said he was the sweetest thing I must be so lucky. Took him in for his second round of shots last week- they poked him right in front of me and he didn’t make a peep!!!So I don’t know what on earth they did to my cat to make him scream like he did, and also to have the audacity to tell me he was being “naughty” (lol I CANNOT get over that part) and needs some type of discipline. I haven’t gotten over this since it happened and needed yall to know they don’t give a F about ur pets, the bad reviews I read are on point!!!
March 23 · Alicia Camellia BestEven though I came in for the worst reason possible I had a great experience here.My very elderly cat needed to be humanly euthanized, he hadn't eaten in 4 days and became incontinent. I didn't want him to suffer anymore. They were able to see me immediately. I had been calling places all morning and I either couldn't afford their prices or they couldn't see me for days.Once I was there they were all exceptionally kind and caring to me and my sweet boy. They took amazing care of both of us. They were gentle with us both as I said my final goodbyes. They returned him to me in a nice zipper bag so I could have him cremated elsewhere. Also all the staff took time to sign a card for us.Everyone here was incredibly kind, caring and compassionate. Thank you 💚
September 07 · Annabelle Voiderhönd Von PrattSaw me and my pup same day, when he had a huge wound on his head while Banfield could "try to see him tomorrow maybe" even after seeing active blood from the would. Doctor and aides were all super nice and helpful.
July 11 · Matthew KilmartinI have had to make final choices in such vulnerable moments for just about all of my pets. I really appreciated the non judgmental care and compassion that was given to me today. This has been the “easiest” HARDEST moment I have experienced. It meant everything to me. Thank you!
