Bridgeville Animal Hospital Reviews
Last fall we unfortunately had to put down our beloved cat ‘Barton’ after spending 14 plus years with him. I’ll never forget the kindness Dr. Bishop and staff showed us that day. They were so sympathetic to us and made this difficult process so much easier. Thank you for making our beloved boy’s last moments peaceful. We are so appreciative for your care.
May 21, 2025 · Sarah WarmanWill continue to bring my animals here. Dr. Rubin and all the vet techs are wonderful, so amazing with our cats and dogs. They make it a very welcoming environment, are easy to talk to, and I genuinely feel like my animals are getting the best care. Would highly recommend!
Dec 19, 2024 · Sarah MillerI’ve been a client of Dr. Rubin for a long time (30 years?)and my whole family loves her. She has compassion for the dog and the family, and goes out of her way to establish a connection. Her whole staff has a heart for the cause and it shows. I couldn’t recommend their practice more!
Dec 11, 2023 · Christine HaythornI had a poor experience here around the same time some of the other lower star reviews were made. In Dec 2023, I brought in my 6-year old goldendoodle who had been vomiting and a reduced appetite. At this appointment I learned that he lost ~13 lbs in one year. Dr. Rubin changed his diet, gave me two pills (Cerenia and pepcid) and said "We'll do an X-ray next time". The Cerenia only helped for a little bit and he started vomiting again so I called back and nobody helped me or returned my phone calls. I started scrambling to get answers and after visiting other vet clinics, unfortunately ended up with a cancer diagnosis and I lost him in July 2024. I am extremely disappointed with Dr. Rubin; I felt like she could have done more or helped me discover this sooner. I will never return or recommend this practice to anyone.
Feb 14, 2025 · Anthony MilanIs it standard practice for an employee who told me they would work with me financially to help me pay for my cats procedue on January 20 to then call me after I ask to speak with the owner proceed to tell me I'm basically lying about what was said in the check up room. Allison I believe her name was. The entire phone conversation was her talking over me and then telling me I shouldn't be so upset and they gave me everything half off. First off I work in customer service and if my client is upset I let them vent until they can't speak anymore. I continue to assure them that I will listen and help to the best of my ability. Not Allison. She proceeded to tell me how to feel and that I shouldn't tell the owner my side of things, that I would get people I trouble with my lies. It's not her position to tell me anything. Her bed side manner is horrible and reflects what the clinic allows their staff to get away with. I will no longer be a client of this sham of an operation and hope everyone heeds my warning. They don't care about your pets, only the paycheck they get. I suppose I understand why they re upset. Couldn't cut it as real doctors and nurses so they had to settle on working on clients who can't give any true feed back. Go to greentree animal hospital where they actually care about your pets.
