Broad Street Veterinary Hospital Reviews
I would say my experience here was okay at best, I’d give 3.5 stars if I could. There were good moments and not so good ones. My first contact on the phone with them almost made me cancel my appointment. The woman over the phone was rude and I didn’t enjoy my experience with her. If I remembered her name I’d drop it here. I don’t quite understand why I need them to call me to confirm my appointment when I’ve already done it through the dozens of emails and texts I got about it. I tried to ask her over the phone and this triggered some bad attitude. When I arrived though everyone was extremely kind and loving to both me and my dog. I have to say, I prefer when the vet exams and shots happen with me in the room rather than having them taken back where I can’t be with her. Or at least have an option. My dog is nervous at the vet and does much better when I’m able to be in the room with her than when taken away. The vet was extremely kind and easy to work with but based on these experiences I’d say it was okay. Given the convenient location for me and reasonable price I’ll probably still keep going back but things were just okay for me.
Jun 12, 2025 · Katya RumrillI was extremely upset after visiting this vet since they fail to fully explain their procedures in advance of you admitting your pet for emergency visits and misquote you during the diagnosis process. I was quoted $600 and billed $900 when checking out with no real explanation as to why there was such a HUGE difference in pricing. I would not recommend wasting your time or money at this location. Find a vet who cares for your pet and not looking to get the absolute most money from you.
