Care Center Cincinnati Reviews
I absolutely will always recommend this place to anyone needing immediate care for their animal !! I am absolutely blown away by the love and care Dr. Ruparel has shown towards both my kittens during this difficult time ! I absolutely recommend her !! I brought in my 2 kittens yesterday morning at 7am due to them eating something toxic for them while I was asleep, I came in extremely panicked and scared if my kittens would even make it due to the condition they were in. The techs were very quick to jump and immediately take my cats in and assist them as soon as I walked in the door. They were very very communicative through the whole process of figuring out what was needed to get my babies back to the proper health, there is so much support and help all around you aren’t left wondering what is happening what so ever ! All of the staff are visibly very happy and kind hearted and do everything they can to help bring light to such a bad situation which was very calming in times like these. My kittens are still currently at this center being treated , they were kept overnight due to their severity but I’ve heard nothing but good news in their increase of health so far ! I’ve had no problems reaching anyone and have been able to come see them as much as I’d like whenever I want, and any moment I haven’t been able to be there they’ve called with full well descriptive updates on how my cats are doing and what they are currently worried about. I cannot thank the techs and doctors enough for their love and support towards my kittens. They’ve genuinely saved their lives and I’m so very thankful. Thank you !
Feb 05, 2025 · Katelyn CappelOur baby got very sick and have diarrhea and vomiting. We encountered with a team of incredible professionals from the doctor who was extremely supportive and open to the nurses who are extremely compassionate and the receptionists are very receptive. Special Thank you to Dr Lasley, Jessica ( I hope, I wrote her name right), Skylar and Caitlin and Faith. It was such hard experience because no one wants a member to their family to get sick but they were amazing and supportive with a doggie mom who was very nervous. ❤️
Mar 31, 2025 · Daniela AguilarHorrible place. Do not go here! I took my dog in to be treated for a dog bite and now I am on my way to have my dog put to sleep. I was told last night the bill would be 4200-5000. That is to hospitalize him for 3 days and monitor him and keep him on pain meds. There is no surgery required and yes the bill is still that high. I told them I have 4000 cash and they will not accept it. They are actually okay with killing my dog all because of a a small price difference. I should have went to Grady’s. I only went to this place because it was 9 minutes closer and I was rushing to get help. That decision to save time just cost my dog his life and has caused my family immense pain. There is nothing worse than knowing there is a vet 15 mins away that would’ve done the same treatment for less money and saved my dog. I hate myself. My dog is a great dog. He deserved better than this. I’ll never forgive myself. The fact that a green piece of paper determines life or death is sick.Update. I went in and took my dog from this place to Grady’s animal hospital. He is being treated there and will be home in 3 days. They also provided the same treatment plan for 1600. They said he is going to live and be fine. Care Center told me that it would be 2000 for keeping him comfortable over night and to euthanize him. When I went in and told them I want the dog and to refund the euthinization fee they said it was still 2000. Thank God I didn’t put my dog down. Thank God for Grady’s.
May 26, 2025 · jessica copeDr Perich is an amazing human and vet. She did everything to save my boy during his 5 day stay in critical care. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye, but her compassion was real and I am forever grateful for her. I miss my boy so much
Mar 21, 2025 · Emily MisrachI don’t know what kind of emergency vet hospital doesn’t have an emergency vet. Despite the fact no other patients were waiting I was told I’d have a two hour wait with my 15-year-old injured dog until an emergency vet came to work. Really? An emergency vet hospital without a vet. I’ve had two other dogs who got great care here before. The staff was very caring. What happened to this place? I ended up leaving without being seen upset and angry. And the front desk woman yelled at me when I voiced my complaint. This is unacceptable. She should be fired. Oh and please don’t reply with your standard canned reply of not meeting my expectations. This Cate Center is NOT what it used to be. I will never bring another pet there.
