The Animal Eye Institute of Cincinnati Reviews
We started this journey just over a year ago and it has been a roller coaster for our sweet dog. He has been through so much, but we know that he is getting the best care from your doctors to your entire staff. At this point, you feel like family to our little Oli. Thank you for taking care of him & for making us feel at ease in knowing he will be safe in your care.
Jul 02, 2025 · Dawn ManorI am so happy and impressed with the thorough professional caring reassuring supportive service I received in the Mason office. I was so afraid and worried for my cat Chi Chi and after taking Chi Chi to multiple vets without a solution, they diagnosed the source of her problem, gave me prescriptions to treat it and Chi Chi, after feeding her by syringe for days, started eating a bit of dry food on her own yesterday. She is already getting better. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my baby!
Feb 22, 2025 · Vanessa FeltnerI was very impressed with The Animal Eye Institute of Cincinnati. Everyone was very professional. They really took the time to evaluate my dog and answered all my questions. I will recommend them to anyone looking for this type of care for their fur babies. Also, my dog is on the mend and it makes me so happy.
Jun 26, 2025 · Jennifer QuaschnikEveryone at the Anima Eye Institute is incredibly kind and compassionate. They were able to schedule us so quickly, and were extremely thorough in evaluating my dog, Suki, to diagnose her vision problem. They were so gentle and patient with her, and very detailed and compassionate when explaining everything to me. When we left, everyone said goodbye to Suki by name. We both felt very supported and well-cared for by the entire staff, and confident in the care plan they recommended.
Dec 21, 2024 · Kristen CarlsonEveryone at the office was kind and helpful. They explained every test and procedure thoroughly, and showed with every action how much they cared about my dog. They also provided a thorough written explanation of the diagnosis and treatment, which was much appreciated! This was our first visit to any type of veterinary specialist, and I am quite happy with our decision to bring our dog here.
