Cat Doctor Reviews
We love Dr. Weller and staff. The staff is kind and competent and Dr. Weller is a cat genius - they have helped us through kittens to end of life care and we couldn't have asked for better caregivers. Franklin and Kevin (our kitties) approve!
Jan 16, 2025 · Megan BrickerI have taken my cat son to Dr. Weller for 6+ years and could not have asked for better vet care. She is thorough, a great listener, and extensive with her exams. Dr. Weller was able to diagnose my baby with IBS and provide a special diet for him, plus she knows he is sensitive to vaccines and makes sure he does not have any reactions before sending him home with me. I greatly appreciate the time and care she has shown not only to me but to my baby Dalí!
Nov 21, 2021 · Jennifer SMy cats and I love Dr. Weller and the staff at the Cat Doctor! Dr. Weller is knowledgeable and will not only show the upmost care to your feline friends, but she is also cognizant of owners' time, emotions, and budgets. She has never steered me wrong with the 6+ cats I've entrusted to her care over the past 8 years.
Dec 11, 2023 · lisa hixThese people are rude. Whoever answered the phone was extremely cold and unhelpful. I recently rescued a kitten who seems to be about 4 weeks old. I called to try and make an appointment (acknowledging that it was very last minute) and I was told they didn’t have anything until next week (completely understandable). What frustrated me was the lack of empathy on the other end of the phone. At least give me some tips, point me in a different direction, etc. They then proceeded to tell me that they aren’t accepting new clients at all. Whoever answered the phone, maybe take a moment to acknowledge that you are speaking to a scared, 24 year old girl that has never rescued a kitten this small before. Learn some customer service and maybe show some empathy.
Jun 28, 2024 · Cassidy BrownWe have brought our cats here - 12 of them over the past 25 years and LOVE the care and expertise provided by Dr Weller. She is prompt on appointments, respectful of our time, knowledgeable, accommodating for unexpected illnesses and fair in price. We currently have 5 cats and 2 dogs so have a house full. We have recently moved to FL and will surely miss this practice. Thank you for taking such great care of us over the years!!!
