They believe in educating their clients and empowering them to make the best decisions for their cats' health and well-being. From preventative medicine and nutritional counseling to advanced diagnostics and therapeutic grooming, CatCare provides a comprehensive approach to feline health that is unrivaled in the region. They are a women-owned business that is also LGBTQ+ friendly, creating an inclusive and welcoming space for everyone in the community.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1CatCare is the BEST vet I’ve ever been to for my babies, Milla Jovovich and Fiona (Fifi). Patricia Shey is by far the most cat knowledgeable, kind, and funniest veterinarian I’ve ever met! A month ago my kitten, Fifi, got spayed and tested positive for FeLV. My previous vet said “well we will just have to see what happens”. No information or recommendations about a plan for Fi.Dr. Shey told me all about FeLV and different options to help keep Fifi healthy as she ages. She gave me food recommendations, flea med recommendations, and herbal recommendations for my sweet baby! She did not rush us, she did not try to sell products, she did not try to give me any type of gimmicks. In fact, Dr. Shey even gave me a sample of flea meds because even though Fifi had just been treated a month prior with Bravecto, it wasn’t enough.I am definitely moving my care for my other cat, Milla, over to CatCare as well. Fifi felt so calm in this cat centered environment! I highly recommend CatCare and Dr. Shey to anyone that loves their feline babies! Oh, the price was also competitive compared to my other vet and Dr. Shey gave me several tips for budgeting cat expenses ☺️ Thank you, Dr. Shey!!
July 11 · ChipExcellent, pet-centered care. Vet was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and obviously stays up to date. She listened closely to my concerns, was honest and forthcoming about treatment options and their associated pros and cons, and was understanding about my financial constraints. You can trust that this is an experienced vet who genuinely loves cats and cares about their well-being, while also being practical and understanding of owners' limitations. She gave me information and advice that my previous vet - at a large retail chain - either didn't know or didn't share (probably so they could charge me more).I was even given free samples of medication for my cat to try - a first, for sure!My only criticism is that there was a slight surprise on my bill, but it was comparable to what I've experienced being tacked on at other local vets, and the total was still competitive, so I didn't deduct a star in my rating.
January 26 · Soorya BatemanDr Shea is awesome. She truly loves cats and cares about the well-being of your cat.
August 06 · Wilfred HudsonMy children and I had to walk our beloved cat, Ted, up to the rainbow bridge yesterday. Dr. Shea took us through the whole process with dignity and kindess and respect. She allowed us to say goodbye in the way that Ted deserved. I will always be grateful to her, and will bring my new fur babies here in the future.
January 03 · Lissa CaseyDr Shea you are the best. Loki and I appreciated your TLC. You genuinely care about my pet and it shows . This practice is the best. Everyone cares.Great staff !
