Cayuga Veterinary Services Reviews
Dr. Meghan was very thorough and detailed with Theo and brought him back to the treatment area for socialization…..this helps him with his comfort level at the vet. No need for muzzles the vet techs and veterinarian were excellent, took their time with Theo and we had a very positive experience. I highly recommend!
May 16, 2025 · Julia YurcoThe staff are always kind, but on this occasion there were several items that should have been discussed with me prior to my appointment that weren’t. They also refuse to consider attempting any flexibility in their staffing or hours to accommodate long-term clients. I recommend them to anyone who has a flexible schedule and lives less than 15 minutes from their office. Otherwise? Look closer to home.
May 16, 2025 · theladyeternalCalled right at 8 this am. No urgent openings for the day because of their “new system”. Vet not in until noon. We had to call around to 12 different vets. We were seen by an amazing office. We will not be returning.Update: I left a message stating my dog passed away and I needed to cancel upcoming appointments a few days after he passed. I got a call today at work to confirm said appointments. Nothing bad to say about the girl who called, I’m not blaming her. I’m blaming this office as a whole. You really don’t listen or care about your families. Go anywhere else but here unless you want your pockets drained and to be just a number.
Jun 20, 2025 · Alyssa PhillipsI’ve been bringing my dogs here since 2013. I now have three. When my Cavalier King Charles puppy had what we thought was a vaccine reaction, I rushed her back to the office and they were quick to evaluate her to make sure she was okay. The next day, not one… but TWO staff members called to check in on us! We always see Dr. Megan, but we have seen Dr. Jessica for both of our Cavaliers and they are both fantastic! We live almost 45 mins away now… I dread the drive everytime, but I’m willing to travel for amazing medical care for my babies! THANK YOU CVS!
Jun 13, 2025 · Jessica GExcellent care for my fur babies! Kind staff, top notch veterinarians, and the best quality of care around. This place will love your pet almost as much as you do!
