Just found a memory of my beloved cat Ygritte that died in Dr Ma’s care a few years ago. I reached out to friends that are still local and found she is STILL killing animals- as recently as last week. Ygritte didn’t die because of a simple mistake, she died because of complete incompetence and I know of at least 10 other pets that have died due to the incompetence. Please- if you love your pet: DO NOT TAKE here.
Mar 17, 2025 · addisonvfd40 ElisabethSo very greatful for this Vet. We had a medical emergency with our 5 month old golden puppy with a lot of blood in his stool. And I mean A LOT! When I called my vet I was told THEY DON'T DO EMERGENCIES.... BUT THEY WOULD SEE HIM THE NEXT DAY. I was told to try their sister clinic (no one answers the phone there, you have to leave a message. ) I called back 3 more times...( 3 weeks later and I still have not gotten a call back )I then called 13 other vets trying to get him seen. Said we would pay cash , no one would seen him. Then one clinic told me to call the THE CLARIDON CLINIC. NOT ONLY DID DOCTOR GRACE SAYS SHE WOULD SEE HIM, SHE WAITED AFTER THE CLINIC WAS CLOSED FOR OVER AN HOUR FOR US TO GET THERE. WHEN WE GOT THERE, SHE CALMED US DOWN AND SAID, NOT TO WORRY ABOUT THE HOUR AFTER WE KEPT APOLOGING FOR HOW LATE IT WAS. Dr. GRACE WAS WONDERFUL WITH OUR PUPPY. HE HAD DIARRHEA ALL OVER HER FLOOR AND SHE SAID, DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT. NOW I HAVE A GOOD SAMPLE. SHE TOOK X-RAYS, SHOW US THE X. RAYS, THERE WAS NOTHING IN THERE THAT WE COULD SEE. WE DECIDED ON A TREATMENT FOR THE PUPPY. AND HE WAS GIVEN THREE DIFFERENT MEDICATIONS. WITHIN TWO DAYS HE WAS MUCH BETTER. EVEN THOUGH SHE IS OVER AN HOUR AWAY FROM MY HOME, I HAVE SWITCHED FROM MY VET TO HER OFFICE. IN A TIME OF CRISIS, WHEN YOUR OWN VETERINARIAN WON'T SEE YOUR ANIMAL. WHEN YOU'VE PAID THAT VETERINARIAN, OVER TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS IN VET BILLS ALREADY.. ALL PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF SERVICE, AND THEY STILL WON'T SEE YOUR ANIMAL. THAT'S NOT A VET THAT I WANT. SO WE HAVE TRANSFERRED MY PUPPY TO DOCTOR GRACE'S OFFICE.. AND SO FAR WE REALLY FEEL BLESSED TO HAVE HER. THANK YOU, DOCTOR GRACE AGAIN FOR PUTTING YOURSELF OUT THERE THAT EVENING. WHEN OUR PUPPY REALLY NEEDED TO BE SEEN.
Mar 26, 2025 · Joanna EsteyI love Dr. Ma! She's great. The office is great, as is the staff. She's always treated our pittie mix with nothing but love! She isn't all about the money like some are, and she's done everything she could to save us money over the years in anyways she could bc unfortunately our boy was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis at 2yrs old.. so she picked right up on it and has helped him thru (and us) every step of the way! He's not the best boy around other dogs (he barks like a mad man when he's on his harness) , so they're very accommodating to that too. Can't say enough good things about her & her staff! They're awesome! I highly recommend her. You can tell she genuinely does this bx she loves animals!
