Clark County Veterinary Clinic Reviews
I have used this clinic for my cats grooming for a while now and took my new doodle this week and was very unhappy. Her face hair looks half shaved and nothing was done to her body hair besides a bath and blow out. I understand grooming a wild puppy could be very hard. I’d recommend not accepting puppies in that case or Making the owner more aware of a wack job that it will be. Not to mention I didn’t know upfront it was time for my cat vaccinations instead of being aware of that extra cost before hand I was told when they already took the animals back. That’s all fine, I’m just frustrated that I paid for grooming and the job was horrible. I will be taking my pets to a new place for grooming. I’m not one to complain a lot I’m pretty easy going. This is actually my first Google review ever. The staff is friendly and the vet services are great to end on a positive note. (Picture is day after service)
Jun 26, 2025 · Kesha SThis is the only place I trust with my pets now. Through puppies with parvo, getting animals fixed, our cat being run over and having a fractured pelvis, a cat with a broken leg, putting animals down, they've been incredible through it all. These vets have the most bleeding hearts you can imagine and they truly care for your pets as if they were their own. They have cried with us when we've had to make the difficult decision to put our animals to sleep. They've been very upfront when it comes to pricing, and communicating what your animal needs, and what the charge would be for it. They give you many options. We came in with an emergency from our cat being run over, and they noticed us immediately and ran him back to care for him and stabilize him. The payment for his treatment was incredibly reasonable - anywhere else the price for his care would have been upwards of 1k, while I paid around $500 for xrays, medicine, visit, and everything my cat needed here. The receptionist is incredibly sweet and friendly and she makes me feel comfortable waiting and speaking to her about whatever questions I have. The vets will give you their honest opinions and time to make any decision you need to make. I truly believe the care we receive is the care they would give their own pets. This is the best vet clinic I have ever been to, and I will continue going here.
Apr 08, 2025 · Merciful MarieGiving a one star is very generous. I took my dog up there about a week ago with a small lump and expressed how sick he was, vomiting, coughing and losing weight. They brushed it off and tried to sell us eye drops instead of looking into what this lump was, they just said surgery. A few days later it doubles in size I call begging them to get him in sooner and they act like it was a bothersome and all they was worried about was telling me you know that’ll be more money since it grew? I don’t care about money I care about my dogs health. The vet was some mediocre female doesn’t know what she’s doing and the staff were the ones worrying about money. I’ve been going for a while and always seen dr castle and they both were amazing. Not impressed with this female vet. My dog is at the emergency vet fighting for his life because of negligence!!
Jul 07, 2025 · Katelynn LeachWe boarded our rabbit here for a week. They took loving care of her. She was boarded in a room separate from the dogs and cats, so no terrifying her and no fleas.
Jun 28, 2025 · Ellie Hudson2 year anniversary of losing my precious fur baby, do to neglect from being boarded, while I miss him every day and love him dearly I will never forget the horrible experience and neglect he encountered from neglect from the boarding staff. Never know who you can trust with animals. My story Posted 2 years agoBoarded my 2 puppies here for 7 days my paralyzed poodle always happy and healthy even the day of boarding sadly died 5 days later from an abscess onset from an open wound injury that he sustained while being placed on hard surfaces, floors and cage grid without padding or protection while being improperly cared for and purposely neglected at the boarding facility inside the vet.I Would not recommend this place to anyone for boarding animals there is no care about the health and safety of animals. They put on a show with their kind words upfront but this isn’t in place once you leave your animal.Sad to say I paid near $500 for the boarding fee was never offered a refund and pet wasn’t treated properly for his injuries. Not sure how no one didn’t see his injuries nor the infection in his lower stomach that he obtained from dirty surfaces.I had to take him to another vet to get antibiotic treatment but it was too late the very noticeable infection had already spread not what you’d expect from a boarding facility located inside a vet…Pepper my Poodle is gone but will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace Pepper we miss you everyday…
