Absolutely horrible experience with horrible customer service. I had my dog’s teeth cleaned here. They pulled my dog’s 4 front teeth out without calling me and asking for permission. It’s standard practice to have the vets call before extract even when the client may not answer. Not only that, but I could see blood on my dogs legs from where they put in the catheter for the anesthesia for which they had to shave two legs to put in. Will attach a photo for reference.Overall, there was a lot of blaming the client for not specifying the standard practice and there is no common courtesy given out here. My dog has been permanently altered and not even the decency to check in with the owner is unacceptable. I was refunded the extractions but I still paid 600$ plus. I would never come here again to deal with the rude staff and a horrible office with it being in an unkempt basement with the main surgery room being a bathroom. The vet also didn’t even care to mention the recovery process for pulling out 4 teeth frommy dog. I had to ask him myself if my dog would even feel pain where the vet responded he seems fine. - Albert D
